I asked for extra pickles and got one on my burger. The lady at the drive thru was too busy watching a show on her phone, she had it propped up at the window, to look me in my face or speak to me. She blindly handed my order out the window one at a time and I had to grab each one quickly. She finally looked at me when I asked for ketchup and then did the same thing as before and im scrambling to grab the packs. Always makes me wish I had time to go inside

For the past few days I’ve come in morning or lunch time, why is there never someone taking orders in the other line? I’m not blaming the order taker for taking long to get to me because it is more of the other person ordering that takes forever but this could be fixed if you had 2 of them taking orders. Waited a whole 7 min one day for them to even take my order.
