Absolutely horrible slow service. Stopped here at 5:30 pm to get a McChicken and Fries. Waited 5 minutes to place my mobile order and then another 5 to get my sandwich and cold fries. Had I not already paid for my order through the app I would have left.

I ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit with a substitution of a round egg..... I got a a folded egg one half piece of bacon on a HAMBURGER BUN!!!! WHAT!!!! Then I tried to call and the phone didn't go through!!! Worst experience ever....

Paid for 2 breakfast meals, but only got the sandwiches. Young lady calling out and delivering orders ignored me as I waited to ask for ketchup. After a 3rd food delivery was brought to the counter, I asked for ketchup, because clearly she was not going to give me eye contact or offer to help me. I had to ask 3 separate times.
She continued to go back and forth into the kitchen and back to the customer desk when she finally brought out ketchup. She seemed to be having a rough day. I told her to have a nice day.
I understand if someone is busy or started off their day rough, but I would expect to get the order I paid for. And is it too much to have the ketchup sitting out? Wouldn’t want to interrupt someone trying to do their job. 🫥
I did not like the treatment they gave me at this place. 12 minutes waiting for my order. When I tried to talk to an employee, they just said wait a minute and never answered me. I had to return the order. Location 6451 Eatons Creek Rd. Joelton TN.

Great group of ppl at this location. My brother Adam Clinard worked at this location but unfortunately was taken from us all due to a recall (faulty part) on his 2024 Nissan Sentra. He will forever be missed!

Went through the drive thru this afternoon, and ordered a soda and fries. No one was at the first window. I sat for a minute and the car infront of me pulled up, so I did. I assumed since no one was at the first window, I had to pay at the second window. This young girl sticks her head out the first window and starts screaming at me. Idk why she wasn't at the first window the entire time I was sitting by it, but she just popped out of nowhere. I do not appreciate some one screaming and shaking their head at me. Especially when I waited and pulled up when the car in front of me did. Maybe be at your post and not verbally attack customers when you were the one slacking.
