Ordered our food for inside dine in due to traveling and we were refused service for inside sit down at 9:20 pm due to staff having lobby blocked off. We would have been more understanding if the staff inside hadn’t just been sitting around talking and being on there phones.

Joelton McDonalds… what can I say? Your order accuracy has worse odds than the Powerball. The only McD’s where you can order a Big Mac and end up with a cold coffee, half a napkin, and existential regret.
You ask for a burger, they hand you two sad, cold, lonely patties sliding around like hockey pucks in a cardboard rink.
You’re better off grabbing a 4 day old egg salad sandwich from a gas station. Beware of the curse of Joelton McDonalds.

This is like every restaurant I been to they got their up days and bad days but this McDonald's is by far the cleanest out of the ones I previously visited and if anything is a issue just ask a crew and they'll fix it with a positive attitude I come every after after picking up my kids from school to get them a quick snack
I enjoy this spot very chill place to eat and the most affordable place in Joelton and you definitely get your money worth I always come for my lunch breaks never disappointed 🅰️+++++ facts I love the deals on my app I'm grateful for the young lady with red hair who taught me definitely saved money with the app I definitely recommend 💯

Definitely better than the Ashland store by 100 💯 I love the crew the works the morning shifts they bring in a lot of positive vibes ☺️ they have a inside fountain drink in the lobby 🎉🎉🎉 a lot of stores are taking it down when it gives McDonald's the original restaurant feeling not feeling like a boring place to be and guessss whatttt they still have a indoor playground that my son adores which 90 percent of McDonald's I don't see anymore with any play place which is difficult when your a parent and want your kids to enjoy instead of waiting in a boring environment I give 10/10 to this restaurant and location my order is always fresh and the quality always makes me come back to see my favorite employees that work here 😀💝

Quiet at 2pm, had to wait 5 or 6 minutes for what we were told were fresh fries only to get warm fries. Burgers were on the tray being cold while waiting for fries instead of keeping them in warmer. For $38 worth of food. Just poor quality of food.

This McDonald’s is ridiculous, they are open according to website at 5am. Let me tell you they open when they feel like it! I arrived yesterday morning October 2nd at 5:20 am for coffee and was served. However I get there today oct 3rd at 5:22am and they said they are closed but, had people inside eating. The manager said they open at 5:30 😳 get some new managers and new staff in this place absolutely ridiculous! No wonder this rating is so low! Poor management
