BAD EXPERIENCE! This is for the owner. For the third weekend in a row, I've gone to buy a frappe for my wife, and it turns out they never have frappes on the weekend. The teenage girl with the microphone is very rude and doesn't understand; she's deaf. If you don't have frappes, I'm not going to your store anymore. I recommend you hire better-trained people who are friendly to customers, since we're paying you for good service.

This McDonald’s is the absolute pits. I pull up to the window, and the guy asks if I have a snack wrap order. I tell him no, and then I literally spell out my entire order for him like I’m teaching kindergarten. He nods, smiles, and hands me… the wrong bag anyway. I get home, realize it’s all wrong, and have to waste my time and gas driving back.

When I walk in with the incorrect food and my receipt proving I paid for something else, I expect at least basic courtesy. Nope. Instead, I’m met with the most disrespectful, dismissive, “couldn’t care less” staff I’ve ever encountered. They wouldn’t even remake the order I PAID FOR. They actually tried to argue with me about it like I was the problem.

I’ve been to plenty of McDonald’s in my life, and this one wins the prize for rock bottom. Unprofessional, rude, and apparently incapable of completing the simplest task: handing a paying customer the food they ordered.

Save yourself the headache — skip this location unless you enjoy paying for food you’ll never eat and being treated like garbage when you complain.

The young man at the first drive through window was very respectful and patient with me when I assumed that he was playing like he couldn’t hear me he was very respectful and calm I didn’t get his name sadly. The whole team there tonight is on point. 9/7/25 btw please get the young man a new headset or something for excellent customer service and not working
