The young man at the first drive through window was very respectful and patient with me when I assumed that he was playing like he couldn’t hear me he was very respectful and calm I didn’t get his name sadly. The whole team there tonight is on point. 9/7/25 btw please get the young man a new headset or something for excellent customer service and not working

I had to wait on my order because I have a cheese allergy. My fries were cold because they had them exposed to regular temperatures while they were making my burger. They know their not supposed to do that! I didn't want to wait any longer for some fresh fries.

Clean. Brought food. Tables clean. All food was received as ordered which is amazing - special orders. Music enjoyable and able to hear but not too loud. Uplifting. I live the blue/yellow color scheme with bridge. I am appreciative that not every location is different instead of uniform. It makes dining in such an experience again.
Kid-friendliness: Yes. For those with sensory issues/auditory dysfunction it was not too loud or busy.
