First the girl taking my order was basically whispering in the mic. No greeting. No total price read. Just “anything else…anything else…first window!” Then I get to the window, she still doesn’t tell me the price so I wait and she closes the window and starts taking another order. She comes back still with no word on the cost and I give her my card. She runs it and then hands it back to me a closes the window. Then, I get to the second window the girl is pleasant but no ketchup or ranch (that they charged me for) is in the bag. I ask for the ranch, and didn’t notice no ketchup until I had already left. My daughter was not happy about this and neither was I! There definitely needs to be a conversation about professionalism and reading the damn ticket to see what people paid for or requested.

I only go to McDonald's for my boss. Every time I go for him they get the order wrong. Sometimes it's wrong several times before they finally get it right. Dislocation was all right I guess if you have to go to McDonald's.

Hot mess express. The manager was chatting with the other employees while 6 cars piled up behind me in line. They had a row of drinks ready for customers but the gossip was more important. Once again, this was THE MANAGER.

Usually this place is really good and is very fast to get food. Not today. I used my rewards and then I still did NOT get the other item I wanted. I also ordered a Big Breakfast, and said it about 10 times, and still did not get it until I went to pick up my drink. Very disappointed

zero sense of any type of urgency when filling an order. May have been spoiled by good service on Mcgavock pike and main st hendersonville but not a place to go if you are on any type of time table I watched two cars go into a long line and emerge from chick fil a while i was sitting by the speaker waiting to place an order
