To be transparent, I left McDonald’s. I never should have been there, but I decided to leave after being assaulted by their night manager, Sara Hatch. She still works there, and I refused to work for a franchise that supports managers that are physical with their crew. Shame on the store owner, and shame on Grayco. I left with dignity! No hard feelings.
Similar to having spoiled fruit in the fridge, it will start to mold, smell and the mold spreads across. The spoiled fruit is Sara…I really hope they bare that in mind.

The people working here sre very nice but the food is atrocious. I've attempted to eat here twice since moving to Nashville and both times, I've thrown away my food instead of finishing it. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time.

Ordered on the app and had a code and confirmation that the order was paid for. The manager told me my code was invalid and there was nothing she could do besides place another order right there. She said the money would be back in my account in 10 minutes and that IT is remote. I didn’t want to place and pay for another order and she told me there was absolutely nothing she could do. I ended getting food elsewhere and was luckily able to cancel my order in the app. Still waiting for my money back.

I am not McLovin’ it. I had an interesting experience today. I was on my way back from work, hungry, so I decided to stop at a McDonald's. I ordered a typical burger and fries, and started eating. I thought nothing of it until I was down to the last bites of my burger when I was alarmed by an unusual consistency. I open the burger to find LAYERS of paper in cheese. Idk how I was eating that before hand, and I understand that this is a McDonalds, but god damn I’m not McLovin’ it.

Came for breakfast and received a cold egg McMuffin and when I took it back and asked for it to be replaced or heated up they threw it away and told me breakfast was over and I needed to get a refund. I watched my husband eat breakfast
