Finesse at this McDonalds absolutely ROCKS. Precious soul even through the intercom taking my order. The patience and help and kindness has not been touched closed to the service that she provides.. I’d give them 10 stars if I could 🩷❤️🩷❤️🩷❤️

The guy at the first window was VERY POLITE!!!… I pulled the second windows the manager handling the bag handed me my drink without looking at me… Her and another Mexican were going back and forth at each other in there language… She didn’t ask if I needed condiments, I ordered two chicken McGriddles she take it upon herself to put two ketchups in the bag, held my food out while facing the other women still going back and forth… Once I grabbed the bag she walked off no have a great day or anything… I had to scream HEY! two times to get her attention again and asked for 4 strawberry jellies… I did let her know I would be contacting you’ll all she said back was woooow…

PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS MCDONALD’S THERE IS A WAY BETTER ONE DOWN THE STREET ON DICKERSON. This mcdonald’s has a stale bread problem. FOR THE PAST 3 MONTHS, almost every single big mac I have gotten had VERY stale bread. Literally a 9:1 ratio. I don’t ever write reviews but this frustrated me enough to warrant one. This team for the life of them cannot switch out bread.

The employee taking our order rushed us, interrupted us, and audibly got upset at us for seemingly no reason. Maybe it was an off-day for him, but that was genuinely one of the worst customer experiences I've ever gone through. Big sad :(
3 stars on atmosphere & 4 overall because the service here is always awesome and the food is almost always decent if not good but the area itself is not great

I came by on Sunday afternoon to get an ice cream cone I had acquired by using the app. It was around 3:30pm. The doors to the lobby were locked but they were doing drive through and pick up orders. I was walking so I couldn’t go through the drive thru. I placed a pick up order on my phone. I was waiting and a manager walked out to hand a car that had pulled past the drive thru their ice creams. When I asked about my cone he told Me too bad he can’t come outside. He can’t open the doors Even though he had just opened the doors and come outside. He was rude and nasty. We did however talk to the man working drive thru and he helped me. I got my ice cream and that was awesome but that manager was so rude and mean about something so simple..I thought it Needed to be shared. The drive thru guy was so kind and i really appreciate him. Manager should take lessons from employee.

Wouldn’t go to this location. Good sucks… I dont know why I continue to stop here. It’s just on my way to work & easier. But why is the hash browns and biscuits always good or hard to eat. You would think @ 6:30am the food would be fresh.. no, not at this location. It’s ridiculous. These workers don’t care what kind of food they give you. It ain’t their problem. Last time I stop here. & I’ve been a regular every morning for two straight years.
