Ordered online with counter pick up. Can’t get it. Doors locked. Not another person in line in the drive through. I knock on door, employee Sara look right at me, stares at me long enough to give me a dirty look then walks away. I go to the drive thru. Sara ignores me. I go to the pick up window where Sara continues to look at me. So I knock until tall manager comes and does the same, just stares. Rotten customer service!!!!!

Got chicken nuggets and they never asked me what sauce I wanted so I asked at the window where I was told it was in the bag and had the window slammed in my face before I could get a word out. When I finally got someone back to the window they felt the need to argue that the sauce was in the bag before making me stop the line and dig through the bag to give them the random one hot mustard they had given me in exchange for the sweet and sour I wanted in the first place. As someone who works in customer service, you couldn’t force me to treat anyone like that. God awful service and will Happily go to Burger King instead. Hire competent workers.

Just wondering when you plan to refund money to people who ordered on the app you left on when you closed on January 10th? Ive left three messages with no response. Why are you stealing peoples money? Also tonight was at your other Charlotte location and you shorted me a sandwich and the fries were burnt to crisp. And I noticed you removed the option to get water from the soda fountain. Whoever is running these Charlotte locations is running them into the ground.

It doesn't take 15 minutes to pack the burger and fries in the bag. It took me asking for a refund to get my food. They need to be trained.

I came to this place and the black lady called Michelle started making mockery of me because I can’t speak like her and have an aggressive way of talking to customers as if she knew them somewhere.she makes fun’s of people not able to speak like American and when I came in, she stood on the phone without talking for about 2minutes and was laughing with her colleagues.this place is disgusting and I will never ever step my leg there anymore.
I cannot understate how kind the employees are at this location.

Says they’re open until 11pm. 11pm close means you close at 11pm. Not that you stop making orders 15 minutes before close. & locks the doors. & refuses to give you the order.
Horrible service. If you’re lazy or don’t actually want to do your job and work, just say so. This was a manger.
