As Americans who just landed on our flight the lady was so rude to us acting like we was scum off the streets. She was so rude that we honestly hope it wasn't the food from here that made us sick for days after. It's the only thing we ate... ??

The younger employees ,really don't tell you have a good day, enjoy your food, alot of younger people working but the older crew members are just as sweet as they can be , the youngsters working there seem to maybe just maybe, ? take some pointers from the old school crew members,,? there ,on being polite to the customers. I mean we are the reason they have a job, if it wasn't us coming to buy, micky D's yummy food, I mean who ,and how ,would they still have a job? And that my people,that makes all l the difference ,on so mannyyyyy levels, So that's the good friendly service, that makes someone wanna come back to a drive thru. Attitude is everything trust me!!! ?

Poor food handling and customer service resolutionThe server placed a dirty bag into the fry station afterwards giving the bag to me that is saturated with oil and hash brown crumbs. When the issue was brought to the team the manager including two other staff members lacked the care to resolve the problem.

While it's a typical McDonald's in most parts, cooking to order means your meal is fresh; I like that.The majority of the staff are friendly and they keep the restaurant pretty clean.It's a good place to stop.
My husband actually had gone 2 nights before. He tried going to the drive thru. Said he waited 20 minutes no one would take his order. I convinced him to go back a couple of nights later. That I would go in and get the order to go. I didn't use the kiosk at first because I was paying cash. So I went directly to the counter. No one said anything to me. So after standing there for a good 3-5 minutes. I thought well I guess I will use the kiosk maybe this time it will give me a receipt to talk to the counter. Which it did. Again I stood at the counter another 2 or 3 minutes. No one acknowledged me being there. A customer behind me said to a worker passing by that he had order from the kiosk, but wanted to pay cash. Finally one of the workers said oh sorry can only use kiosk for now. So I just said oh well someone could have informed us of that instead of wasting my time. No apologies or anything. I WILL NOT be going back to this location ever again!! The workers were just standing around talking. Doing as little work as possible. I don't really eat you to do anything. But it would be nice to put an effort if you value your customers.
