As a Nashville native who has been coming to McDougals since I was in middle school/high school, after church on Sundays it’s always been so amazing. The prices however are INSANE…$4 for a chicken tender? You’ve lost your mind. 50% markup in the last 2-3 years ? We sadly won’t be back after 15+ years of being a loyal patron. I remember when the sauces were free. This is greedy, not just inflation and I’m super sad to see it. ?

This was one of the wildest takeout experiences I have had in Nashville. I ordered a platter of 25 chicken fingers and a small platter of fries to feed 6 adults and 6 kids. And it was well over $200. Service charges added on. Over $100 for the fingers, $75 for the fries and then large extra charges. It barely fed 5 adults and 6 kids at a price point of $20 a head, kids included. For chicken fingers and fries. I was stunned. I will never go back. Crazy town.

False advertisement!! I payed $13 dollars for 6 tiny drums/ flats when the menu said “jumbo whole wings”!! Over Priced plus the old grease aftertaste!! Two thumbs down ??

$13 for 3 small chicken fingers with tendons still on them. Not including dipping sauces. They tasted boiled. Huge waste of money.

First time eating here. The customer service was great. The folks at the counter offered several choices to me to choose from. The chicken tender with pomme frites was very enjoyable.I just added a new place on my "let's go back & do this again" list..

I have been a faithful customer of Mcdouglas for years and I’m not a fan of the recent change of portion sizes with the same increased prices!! I literally received a handful of fries & it’s not like the old baskets. I left still hungry!

It’s NOT worth it anymore. I stuck around even after the price increase but now the chicken is half the size and they are putting fries in a basket to limit the amount you get. I get it the economy is crazy and I’m not bashing them for doing what they have to do, but at this point I might as well go back to fast food because now I get the same amount for cheaper.

We came to Nashville for vacation during the worst winter storm. It was hard to find good chicken during the serve weather. We walked to mcdougals with a party of 8 starving. They came out and gave of us the best chicken tenders and fries near by for free. Super tender, super juicy, and super tasty. I Thank them for providing good food and generosity. Keep killing it!!!!!!!!!!

I used to love the old location. Mcdougals was hands down the best tender spot in Nashville but the quality lately is subpar. The tenders are mostly breading with little meat. We also paid for extra sauce and didn’t get it. Still has a good flavor but the quality of the tenders are disappointing now. The attached is a small which is supposed to be 3 jumbo tenders. They gave me 4 because 2 of them were pieces of breading and not real tenders. For the price, I’m disappointed ☹️

All I can say is… what the heck happened McDougals? I have been coming twice a month for years and was informed by kind employees of menu changes when I received this plate of TINY tenders and barely any fries. “Bigger, better, fresher” is on your sign! These tenders were pitiful especially considering the cost of two plates is 50 DOLLARS. Your baskets were even changed in favor of Paper plates? Shame on y’all. We actually left STILL HUNGRY after 50 spent! This local won’t be back.

Prices are up and the portions are down - used to get about 4x the fries and tenders used to be 2x bigger… hardly any food, left hungry - bring things back to how they were -been going here for 7 years… love the food but not returning until things go back to normal - it’s a rip off
