Best donut ever. Been a donut fan for 25+ years. These are perfectly cooked (only one time they weren't, but nobody is perfect) Fully done with no burning, this is the perfect donut. No chewiness , no raw center , just cooked donut. Those bubbles you see in the picture = quality donuts. The ingredients come together perfectly, not too sweet , but not deficient either. The chocolate glaze for example tastes of rich chocolate, instead of chocolate flavored sugar like other donut makers. The most amazing mixture of soft bread and melt in your mouth , these are by far the best donuts I have ever eaten . Well done thank you so much whoever made these.

My absolutely favorite donut place ever!! I’ve been frequenting this place since it was a Shipley’s, and then bought out to become an independent donut shop. The donuts are all phenomenal, from yeast to cake. I have tried most everything they have and I love them all!

From out of town. Heard these are the best in Tennessee and had to stop. Little hole in the wall place with actually some of the best doughnuts ever had. The lady at the counter was super nice. You could see them making the doughnuts.
Have had an issue with these guys more than once (too much to type). They refuse to put me in touch with the Owner, or Owners. They won’t tell me their names, nor will they even take a message from me (with my information), to give to them, so the Owners themselves, can contact me directly. They have one excuse after another. They want to give you their product, want you to give them your money & want you to move on & that be the end of it. That’s all well & good, unless there’s a problem. If there’s a problem, they want to dismiss you, like there was never a problem. No, no, no, no.
Something is amiss here. The people that work there currently, are okay, until you have an issue. Then, their customer service is HORRIBLE!!!
