Michaelangelo's Pizza - Bellmeade

Ridiculous. Ordered at 4-one cheese pizza. They just plopped it outside without coming to main entrance, at 5:30. I have no door bell (renting), so I had waited outside some, called, tracked in the app, and stared out the window. Bad service.

Used the slice app. Took 3 hours to have it delivered in the middle of the day. Then the delivery driver that it was ok to drive thru my customers yard. Unbelievable. Im done with this place

We thought the pasta was good, but damn the pizza is even better!

My boyfriend and I love this place! It is very convenient to us and the food is always on point. We have tried the pastas and the pizza - both are great! Whenever we get delivery it always comes in the predicted time as well. We love supporting a local pizza place, especially when it’s as good as Michaelangelo’s!

Been here twice, both times a horrible experience. Extra long waits for take out, and everyone from management to the people making pizza work at a snails pace. I do not recommend this location!!!

They said it would be $10 for a personal pizza listed for $6

Then they rang me up for $7.75 after tax... so they still didn't charge the menu price.

That's still a good price for a personal pizza, which was OK.

Ordered on a Friday night just before 5 and figured they would be a little busy. Didn't assume it would take over 90 minutes. When the delivery window came and went, I called the business, only to have the manager tell me it was on its way and quickly hang up.

The family I was babysitting for live half a mile from the location and the kids were so disappointed when the pizza not only arrived incredibly late, but also ice cold. On top of all that, every element of the order was incorrect. Down to the fact that the pizza didn't have any sauce. (how do you screw that up?)

When I called the delivery service, I was told the manager would reach out to me personally to make it right, and hopefully offer me a refund. It's been an hour, and I haven't heard from anybody.

Unfortunately, this isn't the only negative experience I've had with this establishment. I personally won't be ordering from them again, and I advise other families looking to feed their kids on a Friday night to look elsewhere.

We had 20 minutes before my facial appointment and decided Michaelangelo would be a quick and convenient option. I ordered the lasagna, and my husband opted for the steak salad. They warmed up the lasagna and toasted the bread, and both were delicious. My husband thought his salad was "fine," nothing remarkable but still good.

In addition to lasagna and salads, they offer pizza and sandwiches, making it a versatile spot for a quick bite. However, it's more of a takeout place than a full-service restaurant. There are only two small tables available for dining in if you choose to eat there.

The location is in a busy strip mall, but there were plenty of parking spaces, which was convenient. Overall, Michaelangelo is a solid option if you're in a rush and looking for a quick, tasty meal.

Great pizza! We get it delivered quite often. Always quick and pizza is delicious!
