Alright so I ordered something from Chicago restaurant, just a simple beef sandwich. I had a time frame sent to me of 1105-1115 for when to expect it to be ready. An hour after this window it is still showing as being prepared. I called their phone number 10 times and nobody would ever pickup. There is no option to cancel the order so I guess I'll have to dispute it with my credit card company. Crazy, just make a dang sandwich or don't have a business.

I went to this place to try them out for the first time. I had a very bad experience. I ordered from two different restaurants. I waited for a 2 hours only to receive no food. On the kiosk where you order the food the two restaurants that I ordered from were closed but it wasn't notated in their system. So I really think there should be at least one person that checks to make sure the restaurants that are in this building are actually open. I did finally get a refund a few days later. Hire someone to work the front area so that this will not happen again.

Place was dirty ( ie walls, tables, trash can). This made me concerned about the sanitation of my food and not being able to see into the kitchen or see those who prepare the order didn’t help ease my anxiety.

The Swaarnma place is really bad about getting orders out on time for delivery drivers. You guys need to communicate with the drivers and stop hiding in the kitchen playing around.

The food at chez lama was delicious. Very satisfying This is a doordash grubhub location it's best to order on the apps but you can order on a kiosk in person. You will not speak to anyone and the food is put in a locker you receive a code when the food is ready. We ordered porc and legumes rice and peas and green beans so good

You better hope the online system gets your order perfect, because the service here is garbage. Nobody has a clue how about any of the restaurants in the kitchen, there is no one dedicated to human assistance and my orders have been messed up quite a few times. You might order, pay, and wait for a while only to find out that the restaurant is closed.

It's a cool concept! I will come back and try other places. There are several options. The Indian cuisine was delicious as for the Korean Fried Chicken. You will wait a little bit since it's freshly prepared food. It's cool seeing people from all backgrounds trying different dishes.

Be aware - this place is take-out/delivery only. While they have a couple of little tables and a few chairs, it’s not a “food hall” or place where you can sit and enjoy your meal. So, you’re better off ordering via Door Dash or whomever; even more so as the prices are Door Dash pricing.
The food was prepared quickly… we arrived in a small group and all of our orders came out at nearly the same time.
And that’s when it struck us that there really aren’t any unique restaurants inside of the hall. My Philly cheesesteak had shwarma-style beef on it. A friend’s chicken parm sandwich had the exact same chicken nuggets that another friend ordered from a hot dog place, and so on.
I’d venture a guess that there’s one big kitchen and line, and they just assemble the food based on the order and which “entity” it was ordered through.
Nothing wrong with that, but I don’t believe anything is individualized there.
And let’s revisit the cost - $31 for a 7-8” lightly filled beef cheesesteak with onion rings and a can of soda… that’s insanity. And none of our orders came with napkins or utensils.
Look elsewhere, and definitely don’t journey over here with the hope of eating in.
