Service has went DOWNHILL, I have been coming here for 15 years and I’m very disappointed in what it has become. Slow service, dry staff members, the young lady had her HAIR all in a persons ice cream when scooping from the cooler. Also, as I waited 30 mins for a single scoop, there was an employee just making waffle cones and completely ignored the long line with no desire to help. When is the MANAGEMENT team going to up their game… This is not the same Mikes it used to be!...read full review
They serve up some awesome ice cream. If you're in downtown Nashville and need a sweet treat. definitely stop by here. Too many flavors to list them all.
