I had to come back to change my rating. 1st off I was excited to see one of my favorite Hip Hop artists Big Boogie. We got there early they never checked for the tickets we purchased. We were instructed to sit at a high table or the bar as all booths were reserved. Our server took nearly 40 minutes to come to our table It would've been longer had I not stopped another server and requested our server to the table. Immediately when she came a greeting was not in order however she found it necessary to inform us that @11 pm the table would have to spend $100 per hour which is now about 20 mins to 11. We also overheard other servers telling their guests of lower amounts $75 & $50 per hour. The French fries were bigger than the chicken wings which was sadly hilarious. Mysteriously my debit card was charged 5 extra times, which was insane. Needless to say I would never return nor recommend this establishment to anyone.

It was the worst club my first night there was on March 21. It was so horrible. They would not accommodate us with seats. We had to stand at the bar. I had ordered a bottle of wine with them, and I was unable to sit at the seat due to the fact that I ordered The wine from the bartender and not from a server so therefore we could not get a table after the bartender told us we could sit at a table and then we order a hookah and the only way we could get a table if we transferred the payments that was made from the bartender to the server on the floor. We had to stand there for 4 1/2 hours waiting on the performer to show up And then when the performer finally came. we were Bogar it by so many men that wanted to see big boogie that it was hard for us to even see that is the worst club to go to in Nashville. I would not recommend a club for nobody to go to in Nashville. The manager was horrible. He did not try to do anything to accommodate us. He was literally trying to argue with me instead of trying to accommodate us as much money as we spent in the club

Horrible experience! When me and my crew came in I asked were there any tables or boots open we were taken to the bar. I asked the bartender was the empty booth behind us open we were told that it was $200 minimum to sit in the booth we were fine with that. When we got in the booth the waitress said it was $200 per hour for the booth I feel like since we were from out of town they tried to get extra money out of us. While sitting in the booth a roach crawled from behind the picture we notified the waitress and she act like she didn’t see it and got the manager they guy in the country green suede jacket and kangol hat he said everybody got roaches what you want me to do about it. The other manager lady with the natural hair was sweet and tried to diffuse the situation but after that the country outfit man and the waitresses and the natural hair lady was talking about us like we were nothing. We came to have a good time not to be treated like trash. I would never go back to that hole in the wall ass establishment. The only thing saved this place was the bartender with the long locs he was pleasant to deal with. The hookah was terrible the first puff it was nothing but smoke like it had been sitting in the back burning for a long time before it was brought to us. It took awhile for it to come out anyway so I’m pretty sure they had it sitting back there burning so we wouldn’t be able to smoke it long. It’s a sign at the door that say no attitudes but the staff is the one with the nasty attitudes I wouldn’t recommend any one from out of town to visit here maybe they treat their locals better.

So first off KAYA was AMAZING TO US!!! We were a group of 6 from NJ & NY. The hospitality was unmatched! There was a free food buffet…. Yes you read that right. A FREE FOOD BUFFET! The food did not miss a beat. The drinks were perfect. The vibe was everything. This is a must if you are in the Nashville area! Once again thank you Kaya for a wonderful experience.

If your ideal definition of a Friday night out includes eating a wrong order that comes out cold, your waiter waiting 45mins to come check on you, and of course can’t forget your card information being stolen by the servers, and topped off by walking out to your car windows shattered. Then I highly recommend this place. Very notorious for having employees who commit fraud and steal information. As well as having a time limit on how long you can have a hookah. All in all, not sure how this place is still operating but for any locals or visitors, highly recommend you stay clear of this place.

Went to Minerva Sunday afternoon/evening for my friends birthday. As soon as we walked up the man checking our IDs wasn’t very welcoming. He was honestly rude to us. He wasn’t even the security , he may have been the manager filling in for security. The atmosphere was a vibe up until locals sat next to us and wanted to start a bottle war. At that point our server wasn’t being very attentive. Upon us leaving, there may have been a conflict that caused someone to lose their belongings. I went to try and RESPECTFULLY ask if I can look for the item or have one of the security check for me. The security was rude and belligerent towards me, he used curse words etc. All because I wanted someone to check for the item that was lost in the establishment. Instead of actually assisting they threatened to call the police on a bunch of females who weren’t doing anything wrong. One person out of the group supposedly got kicked out, the whole group should not suffer…especially when trying to retrieve a lost item. All in all I feel like we were treated differently due to us being from out of town so if you are from out of town I WOULD NOT recommend going here.
