This sounded like a great idea for my 92 year old mother with handicap. We had a long layover. Gratefully we were able to get on an earlier flight. Too bad they don’t train their staff correctly bcs they said we could get a refund if we emailed the manager but he/ she is not responding to emails. Also, they say they don’t charge you until you get there but not true. Sorry to say bad experience
Not good. The owner tells me “it’s full” in a “I have nothing to do with you” altitude. What’s the point of having lounge passes these days?
Wasn’t even aloud in with my priority pass card

The room isn’t much to write home about, but the escape from the terminal is nice and the customer service from the guy working was top notch.

Minute suites was amazing! I was so exhausted from being up for my travels at 2:15am. I so needed a nap. An hour later, I feel like a new woman. Yes, the bed/couch is quite firm but I did get a great sleep in. It was well worth the money!!! ♡♡♡♡

The room itself is not nice. The sofa/daybed isn’t comfy and it’s $65/h which is a lot for that. The staff are great and very friendly and because of them I won’t give it a 1 star.

I’ve been to other minute suites locations and this one is by far the worst service. Do not recommend.

Used the suite to rest during a long layover. Easy to reserve a room in person. Good customer service. Recommend.

Avoid. I was lied to by the front desk lady. Said she didn’t have any openings until 7pm. Went on the site and they had openings at 6pm after my wife and I walked all the way back to our terminal.

TLDR: reception folks messed up
Booked a reservation and was informed that there are 2 people in queue before me.
So I waited at the gate right across.
I was hoping to take a video call, so wanted to use the quiet private environment.
After waiting 25 mins (10 mins before my called was scheduled) they said that they had just given the room away as they had been waiting for me. This is without any phonecall from them informing about room being ready, and me waiting patiently right across and at 20 ft. I also did not see 2 groups going in, so didn't check with them sooner.
I have previously been to this location, and while they had a longer waitlist, they had given a phonecall when it was my turn, and they had confirmed my phone number so it's reasonable to think that I would get a call rather than keep hounding them asking about when it's my turn.

I just found this place today on Concourse D at BNA. Danielle explained the $55 per hour fee that includes a twin bed/sofa, Apple TV, strong wifi, and open form 4am til 945pm. I will keep this in mind for my next layover or flight snafu. Specials for first responders, and military.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible entrance, and room is small but can accommodate a wheelchair with easy access to rest on the sofa/bed

Minute suites at the Nashville airport booked my reservation incorrectly (despite my email with correct confirmation). They took 10 minutes to re-book me and luckily I was able to get on my meeting. The host was polite but completely at a loss for how to help me. I was also charged $25 more than my estimate at booking. The manager has not responded to my email about the experience. Don’t plan to use it unless you either don’t need to count on it or you are desperate for a quiet place to work or nap.

Unfortunately we arrived 4.5 hours before our flight but still couldn’t get into the Minute suites anytime before our flight because Amex access appears to have last priority behind regular paying members. It makes sense and I get it, but this benefit is pretty worthless as an Amex benefit. If you think the regular fee is worth it, then this could be ok…. But strictly as an Amex benefit you should make other plans. We would have gone to the admirals lounge if the host hadn’t made it seem like we would get access soon… instead we waited and waited as they admitted other customers.
