What else can I say but thức ăn ngon! My grandfather once told me you either fry the rice or the rice fries you, he couldn't have been more wrong.

First the good- quality of food was slightly above average, with the portion size well above average. Server was friendly. Now for the issues that will never find us in there again. First off, while things appear clean as you are entering the restaurant (windows, floors), once you get to your seat (we had a booth) it is a completely different story. Our first booth's wall by the table did not look like it had been cleaned in quite a while- particularly glaring by the long human hair stuck on it which almost caused us to leave right then and there. We brought it to the attention of the server..... and.....We requested to move to a different table. This booth at least did not have a hair staring us in the face- HOWEVER, the wall again appeared to not have not reasonably been cleaned well in a while. We ordered and received our food in a very timely manner- and then as I ate, I saw the final issue. On their large flat screen TV was playing NEWSMAX (one step worse than FOX). If we had seen that prior to sitting down and ordering, we would NOT have stayed to do business here. To be clear- business owners are free to put whatever they choose on their public televsions. AND I, as the consumer, can choose to NOT spend my money in establishments that provide such 'entertainment' to their customers. As a footnote- I did ask the server if it was possible to put anything else on the TV. It did not happen. Likewise, even though we had brought that HAIR on the wall at our first booth to their attention- NOBODY bothered to cleaned it off while we were there. The TV issue caused my wife to lose her appetite immediately so we just boxed up our partially eaten meal and left. For the life of me- I will never understand a business owner's line of thinking in these highly polarized times. When most people go out to eat for dinner- the last thing they want to observe is the 'fake' news presented from 'the other side'.

Food remains top tier. Service has always suffered and struggled with basic etiquettes.Drop off food and never get a refill or follow up.

Miss Saigon isn't much to look at but make no mistake they have some of the best food around. It's always a pleasure to stop in for lunch before we shop at the K&S next door.

I didn't know I loved Vietnamese food! This restaurant is one of the best hidden gems in all of Nashville. I didn't know what to expect when I visited for the first time, honestly, it's Vietnamese food, served in a very nondescript restaurant in a strip mall that I've passed hundreds of times and never noticed. But, I promise you, I will be back again (hopefully soon and often)! I visited at lunch time and expected the restaurant to be empty. Nope, most of the tables were already taken, and many of the diners looked like regulars. Our server was super nice and very knowledgeable about the menu. We also met the owner who was so nice. I really wanted to try something different, because there are so many Pho restaurants in the area. So, I ordered the Bun Miss Saigon (#42). If you know me, you know I love noodles. And Vietnamese Bun is a very large bowl of Vermicelli Noodles with fresh lettuce, pickles, cucumber, bean sprouts, scallions, and crunchy peanuts. It's served with a delicious sweet & sour fish sauce for dipping or to pour over the dish. #42 also includes a sliced egg roll, BBQ Pork, BBQ Chicken, Shrimp, and a Shrimp Paste Roll (it's flaky and delicious). I loved my Bun Miss Saigon! It was loaded with freshness and deliciousness. I began by dipping the egg roll and the shrimp paste roll in the fish sauce. Eventually, I poured the fish sauce over the dish and added some chili sauce and chili oil to give it a little kick because the dish is served without any heat. It was so delicious, that I ate the entire bowl. My friend was unable to finish his, so he took a little less than half home for dinner. My friend also had a Vietnamese Coffee that he said was delicious. Their menu is large and is loaded with really nice pictures and descriptions of their many dishes. I can't wait to try more of them. I highly recommend Miss Saigon, especially if you're looking to try something different than your regular Thai or Chinese dishes.
