Wanted to take time to praise the staff, their service, and food at Mission BBQ. We came to celebrate my husband graduating academy and the staff went out of their way to show sincere appreciation for his service. This establishment honors military and law enforcement and couldn’t have been a better restaurant to dine and celebrate. Not only was the customer service phenomenal the food tasted amazing as well. Your team going above and beyond left a lasting impression and we will definitely be back. Go get some BBQ and delicious cobbler! You can’t go wrong with any menu item it’s all good.

It depends on the location you go to but definitely others in Nashville that you would enjoy more.

I haven't been here, but my daughter manager bought them lunch here. She had pulled barbque smoked chicken and baked beans. That food was soooo good. I plan on going there myself.

Between the three of us we had brisket, pork and pulled chicken. The food was okay.Service was fast. First responder and military patches cover the walls. Free food for Vietnam vets.

Way overpriced for the amount of food you get. They got our order wrong twice. The Turkey was way over smoked and dry. Nasty tasting food would not recommend.

Party of four, arrived on a Friday weekday a few minutes before noon. Glad we did. At noon, the National Anthem played on either of two raised TV sets. All present removed their hats and stood in silence, Ex-veterans saluted, and all other patrons placed their right hands over their hearts. At the end of the Anthem, patrons sat back down, and continued ordering lunch, or continued with their meals. The restaurant walls were filled with photos and mementos of many military conflicts, as well police, fire, EMT, and other personnel. the restaurant manager, Dan, came over to our table, introduced himself as a veteran, and indicated that there were many other Mission Barbecue restaurants around the country, each conducting the same noontime tribute to all who served. Stirring. Memorable. Proud. Awesome. Thank you.Parking: Ample. Outdoor seating available. Anthem is played outdoors.

Their food and customer service was excellent at the Nashville, TN location. They were always asking us if we needed anything and no one left hungry that is for sure! The BBQ brisket and pulled pork is the best around!Dietary restrictions: 2 gluten free daughters due to celiac and they were able to compensate with their meat options and fries. The manager gave us a heads up that their Texas Twang bbq sauce may contain gluten due to it mixture but all the other bbq sauces are safe.Parking: There was close by free parking in the lot out front. No issues getting parked.Kid-friendliness: They have a kids menu and the servings are a good amount for kids.
