Customer services could be stepped up at this location. Food is great though! Very displeased and saddened when I showed up and the windows are taped up and its says closed? Very curious when it will reopen and the cause for the close down. 04/22/21
I love Moe's and will keep returning for the food, but I still think they should work on their customer service skills. I don't catch good vibes from this location's staff.
It's consistent, flavorful Mexican-American style burritos, bowls and salads. The food is served fresh and it is a clean restaurant. There are about 5 tables on the sidewalk to increase your social distance from others. The staff is a mix of kind, courteous people with a few that seem like they wish they were still at home or in bed or anything other than at work to serve you. To call them grumpy isn't 100% accurate, but to call them joyful would be a straight lie.
