Grading on the fast casual scale, this place has way bigger portions (see free chips and salsa) than chipotle and friendlier service for less money.Is it less fresh and a bit less flavorful? Sure, but you get what you pay for

First let me start by saying this was my first time coming here and the customer service was horrible . I went after 5 pm and the employees on the line was very impatient as I try figure out what I wanted to get. The lady who took my order was so impatient she wasn’t even trying to listen as I gave my order . Overall the employee customer service is what gave the low rating . The food wasn’t bad it actually was good. However the drink machine did have an unpleasant smell to it. It didn’t smell like mold but it didn’t smell like it had been cleaned either .

The customer service is terrible. The guys working make fun of you to each other while you order. On our way out they imitated us. This was an extremely horrible experience and I do not plan on attending here ever again! Would not recommend and would give 0 stars if I could. If I was the manager I would fire these men immediately. Also, the green moes speciality salsa was extremely watery. And worst of all, they didn’t even say welcome to moes.

well, this was going to be a review based off the fact they forgot to add the extra chicken to my meal but now it’s about the burrito giving me food poisoning :( don’t go here. i won’t be back after this. so sick and in pain because of the meal i had there earlier today :(

Although I have been to this Moe’s several times since it’s right by my work, I did not have a good experience tonight. Ordered 3 entrees and a bowl of queso and received less than a half a bag of chips and NONE and the salsa or side sauces that I ordered. Super disappointed with our missing items tonight, especially since I had ordered ahead through the app.

In town from knoxville, close to hotel. Be ready to pay some bucks. Family of 4, $ 67.00. Mediocre food. Cluless employees, said nothing about a 1st time 10 dollar discount. Fool me once. be

I love Moe’s.When I lived in Knoxville, it was a favorite fast food and I even had the store there cater an event on multiple occasions.Now living in Idaho, I was eager to visit a Moe’s while on vacation in Nashville and to introduce my wife to one of my favorites… it didn’t go well.There was no “Welcome to Moe’s” when we walked in… ok, maybe that policy has changed…I asked the first of the three employees we would speak with how he was doing… his response was little more than a grunt…My wife ordered the Edgy Veggie, then decided she would like some chicken on it after all… he said that would make it a dish other than the Edgy Veggie… “No problem,” we said, “charge us what you need to.” No response… the next person to help us was new, as he grabbed a card detailing the construction of the dish… we told him “no cheese, please” twice and he promptly put a handful of cheese on the dish. “No worries,” again, we said… there was no offer of putting any other toppings on our dishes.When we went to check out, our final person rang us up and we told him that we had added chicken to the one dish… he got flustered and said, “whatever, man. Twenty bucks.” The total on the register at the time was fifteen-some odd dollars…Probably a lack of communication compounded by some new folks, but in the end, it was a less than fabulous experience.I’ll give Moe’s another go in the future, I’m not sure my wife will. ?

Their policy of not accepting bills over a 20 cost me a 38 dollar overdraft fee. If the policy had been mentioned or posted before the food was made I would have gotten change or eaten somewhere else.
Relatively quiet. Service was quick. Food was typical but fine. Infinite variety of sodas and free refills made it convenient to sit and talk. It seems to do more take out business than dine in.Parking: Drove around twice before a spot opened up.
