Very unique experience. Service at the bar and the room cleaning was very good and updating is done every day, which is unusual nowadays everything was clean and nice. The bar in the lobby was fine. We enjoyed sitting there like at the end of the day and the fifth floor restaurant and bar was also good. The food we had there was very good. You can sit outside, but it was so hot when we were there we chose not to. It's a very unique place. It's not like anything You probably have seen before so if you're not into a unique experience, go find an old Holiday Inn.
Morgan is an excellent staff member but food is not great and expensive for what you get. Eggs and toast were floating in some strange tasting oil which we were told was soy butter…There was no butter in it!
Went for dinner which was ok but both deserts were awful and sent back. You need to improve in food quality!!

Stayed there now several times and u can not beat the location. It's perfect! But for the price? It's negatives out weigh the positives I think. The 2 positive things are location and decor. The negative things: cleanliness- we the place was filthy and we had to empty our own garbages and ask for clean towels and get our own TP. Basically did our own housekeeping for a week. Ice was always out of ice or not working. Beer at the bar was warm. No refrigerators in rooms. Staff was never overly friendly or helpful. Our keys hardly ever worked. I think there are nicer hotels a block or so away and we will try those next. Because for the price- it's way too outrageously priced for what u get. They really need to up their game.
We've been coming to Nashville every few months for the past five years and are going to stay at The Moxy for the second time next month. In the past, we have stayed at The Hilton, Embassy Suites, and Hampton on 4th. The others were more luxurious with more amenities, but they were also quite a bit more expensive, and the location is not nearly as great as Moxy Nashville Downtown! We just use the room to shower and sleep, and it serves its purpose. The staff has always been kind, and the lobby is so fun!
Hamburger was great, but it was expected at $26. Service was solid, but for some reason she didn't know what a negroni was. The view is blocked off quite a bit by surrounding buildings.

I stayed at the Moxy and dined at Moxy Rooftop twice during my 4 night stay. The wings were amazing, hot & honey flavored. Allie was a great server and treated my boss and I very well. Cool view as well.

The experience that we had at this place was horrible. It took 30 minutes to get our drinks. Our food came out and two ppl in our party did not receive their wings or fries. The server apologized and she put the order back in and it still came out wrong and with no fries. This was probably the worst experience we’ve had in Nashville. Not to mention another party walked out because of the same service.

Quiet place to grab a bite. Nice spot if you're looking for a get away from the crowded scene of Broadway.

This is our 2nd time in Moxy, always a great experience. We arrived Thursday morning and allowed us for early check in. Darlene welcomed us and our party of 12. Shared info were to have fun and mentioned to not forget about all the fun we can have here at the hotel Moxy. Ran into Darlene on the elevator and greeted us once again. She is such a good hearted person. Food and drinks in the 5th floor were good too. Waitress on 5th was very kind and friendly as well. Good times

Waited for over an hour for eggs, toast and bacon. No idea how they operate a business like this. Friendly workers, but maybe they don't have enough. We could have used the kitchen ourselves and got the food faster.
