This is our 2nd time in Moxy, always a great experience. We arrived Thursday morning and allowed us for early check in. Darlene welcomed us and our party of 12. Shared info were to have fun and mentioned to not forget about all the fun we can have here at the hotel Moxy. Ran into Darlene on the elevator and greeted us once again. She is such a good hearted person. Food and drinks in the 5th floor were good too. Waitress on 5th was very kind and friendly as well. Good times

Waited for over an hour for eggs, toast and bacon. No idea how they operate a business like this. Friendly workers, but maybe they don't have enough. We could have used the kitchen ourselves and got the food faster.

The only good thing I would say is it’s in a good location. For 400$ a night I would expect more. Small uncomfortable bed that sheets won’t fit, air conditioning not working, cheap ridiculous and uncomfortable seat in the room.

Location was great - the rooftop bar overlooks a busy section of Broadway - but that was our only positive. Arrived when it was not busy but it took over 40 minutes to get our drinks. Drinks weren’t very good, especially for the price. (Four Walls charges the same for its cocktails and they are so much better.) Would not recommend.

Sydney was super sweet to us we were new town and she gave us some great ideas for places to go.
Food was mid for the main course it was over cooked and a cold especially considering price but drinks and atmosphere was very nice the fried pickles though where amazing!

When I asked the bar attendant for a latte she said they only have espresso, so I said that was fine I’d take one. She then proceeded to tell me there was “left over coffee from the morning” in the guest kitchenette. It was 11:30 am… we’ve paid almost $2000 (in a 10X15 room) to stay here so much for guest service and the web descriptions are misleading.

The Moxy Rooftop gives you nice views of the action BRoadway, as well as the neighboring roof top bars. The bar and food menu is typical of the locale and service is attentive and friendly.The chicken with mango salsa was good, and fries were better than o would have expected.Cocktails were made well

Horrible experience working here, now I see why so many reviews of unwelcoming and why they can’t keep new hires. I was mooed at my entire shift by someone on kitchen staff and then one of my managers had a mental breakdown on me for asking her a question because I overheard her talking about me, same manager (female) is usually drunk before the shift is over that’s why she has to blow on something to start her car and she continually locks herself out and quite literally gave me a horrible experience that I’ll never forget. She projected herself all over me and it was a nightmare and I accepted it because I’m a mother of 3 and needed the money and then with no notice was told I did nothing wrong but am being let go. I’ll keep that text and experience forever thank you.
