Great My second time coming here in a few months but I recommend coming here if you are looking for fresh hot Gyro etc!!!

We have bought food at this location before but I noticed unserious server who was on call July 16th 2025 at 8pm. He was on a phone all the time I was there talking his personal business. Imagine I am placing an order and he cant even hear what I am saying. I said no cheese but I was given cheese simply because he is busy on phone talking his non work issues. That was a terrible customer service. Second observation was there were at least six (6) house flies on a heap of lamb gyros inside the truck. No one cares to cover the food they are going to serve people. Never Again here!

They're open when they want to, and close just as randomly.. food or no food, that's unacceptable business practices..
And let's talk about the food .. I'd compare them to Apple products... If they didn't give it too you, and you want it, it'll cost you.
Condiments or minor additions. It'll cost you.
I'm personally done with these guys.

Complete trash restaurant. Took my money for an order, waited over an hour for delivery before being told there was nothing getting delivered and then I needed to come get it myself….. even though I paid for delivery & tip!!! Asked to speak to a manager and they said no managers are in for a month! HA HA HA. The entire thing was so disorganized and Comical. I’ll think I’ll dispute with the bank in the morning

Definitely not like it use to be. Loaded fry platter only came with fries meat cheese and sauce. It was usually loaded LOADED onions peppers tabbouleh and some more stuff smh. Definitely not worth the price.

Terrible customer service food is sub par .

Grabbed lunch for my parents & myself this afternoon and the food was amazing. Customer service was phenomenal and everything was cooked fresh to order. One of the best gyros I’ve ever had!

Such amazing food and customer service. I primarily cook at home and it’s difficult for my husband and I to justify spending money on mediocre food. But Music City Gyros has turned into a weekly visit for us!! We are so grateful for such tasty food and an awesome, welcoming environment.

Don’t get delivery. Part of your order will be missing and they will charge you anyway, despite leaving messages at a phone number no one answers and emailing multiple times. Will never order from here again.

You get a ton of food and everything we've ever ordered has been fantastic.

Best location in my opinion!
