3 stars for coffee

1 star for 3 employees
0 stars for enthusiasm and helpfulness and customer service.

The guy on the register couldn' care less. If he doesn't like talking he should not be on the register. He would have rather not been taken away from whatever he was doing on his phone.

Workers shouldn"t stand around leaning and yawning with customers waiting and staring at the 1 pot to brew.

Food display lacks any creativity.

The question of whether they had pink packets sweeteners was answered with "sweeteners are behind you" in a variety service display that looked like it was stocked with a shovel.

If the owners care, they need to rethink who they hire, or maybe training them to be customer oriented.

The place is cute but it does not a good look when there is nobody in there.

Ok, I'm in the minority here given all the rave reviews. We always look for a local coffee shop to avoid Starbucks and typically go to one with high ratings.
Not sure what the hype is but the coffee is only "ok". They need a commercial coffee maker so customers aren't waiting to get a cup. The coffee left my mouth with a taste like that I get when drinking unfiltered water. The water they used was straight from the tap. Is it filtered? And, if so, is the filter changed out when recommended?
Also, I prefer to add my own half and half to my coffee. They do it for you. Compared to other coffee shops with 4.7 ratings, this certainly didn't pass the test. But, hey, who am I to spill coffee on everybody's lap?

1 star simply for not being open when they advertised. we stopped by at 6:05 am, there are hours on the doors that even confirm they should be open, but they are not. there was another person that was also there trying to get in. this was Wednesday Nov 6

Often has fun live music but more importantly their coffees and muffins are amongst my favorites in Nashville. Must try if you love coffee!

I visited at 8ish in the morning and the atmosphere was so calming and chill I wanted to sit in a corner and get lost in a book and a cup of coffee. It was superb! The lady behind the counter was helpful, informative, and incredibly patient with me. 10 out of 10 recommend visiting this coffee shop even if you’re not a coffee drinker…. They have kombucha and tea as well.

First time I came in it was lovely. Two ladies were working and it was a nice interaction and medium delicious coffee. Second time I came in, it was me and my partner. She was ordering and the man behind the counter was rude and extremely off putting. There were two guys working together (October 5th at 12:15pm). They were whispering to each other and made us (along with the customers in front of us) uncomfortable. We asked questions and said thank you.. but they were acting like they didn’t want us there or they were too busy to care about us being there. They didn’t talk back just nodded and mumbled.

The coffee isn’t good enough to come here without good service. I thought this was going to be my new coffee shop, but I’d rather be comfortable somewhere else.

We are officially calling this our coffee spot when in Nashville.
The coffee beans are ground for each order. I could taste the roasted fresh flavor in my hot caramel macchiato.
We were able to pin our hometown on the map along with so many others.
We enjoyed this spot so much that we drove there and didn't even think twice about having our coffee at the hotels breakfast bar.
Thank you Nashville Coffee.
