They would not serve us snd said “this is not a restaurant. This is a bar. “ when we told them we had reservations, they said “ I don't know why they do that. We don't take reservations. We are a bar.” It was totally empty in there. We left. So many places to choose from in Nashville. Do NOT choose this one.
I recently visited this restaurant/bar/game room, and unfortunately, it didn't quite live up to expectations. For starters, only one floor was open, which made the place feel cramped and crowded. The atmosphere was a bit off, especially with a strange smell lingering in the air—it wasn't exactly inviting. As for the food, it was decent, but nothing to write home about; it was just okay. The noise level was also a bit much, with the combination of music, chatter, and game sounds making it hard to relax or have a conversation. Overall, it didn't leave a great impression, and I'm not sure I'd return anytime soon.
Made reservations for bowling and dinner and there was no bowling available. 1 bartender and 1 security staff only! 2nd time this happened.
Food was great, service was not. No silverware provided, two waitress at bar on phone. Had to get supplies from bar. Food was delivered. Order chili, had to track down a spoon. Waitress never came by to check to see if everything was correct or if we needed anything else. Never asked if we wanted refills or order more drinks. Party of 7, we mostly ordered some type of Nashville Chicken. Taco, Sandwiches, Wraps were all delicious.
We made a reservation for 8:45pm on a Thursday night. When we arrived the dining area was “closed for a private party” but there was no private party it was just closed. We decided to try and eat downstairs in the bar/arcade area. There was only one bartender running the entire bar and we could only order food at the bar. It took about 20 minutes of sitting at the bar to finally get our order in. After dinner we tried to ride the bull but the man running the bull walked away as we were waiting there and went behind the bar to hangout with the bartender. we made eye contact with him multiple times over the 10 more minutes we spent waiting by the bull ride assuming he'd come back over soon but never did. Bad experience overall 2/10.
Great time with a big group. Made reservations, but caught them at a good time, so we didn't really need them. They were so accommodating for the group of 11, and I will recommend this place in the future for anyone traveling to Nashville.
They were closed & didn't advise...our party of 8 went ...paid for a cab & no where to eat when we got there!
Terrific staff during our visit - friendly and helpful. Upper bowling floor was closed for “private event” (that didn't arrive while we were there) - good to ask that if you were hoping for roof top or upper floors experience.
We needed a private dinner location for 80 people as close to downtown Nashville as we could be. Nashville Underground is the perfect place as it is right on Broadway! We brought our attendees on a motor coach bus and there is parking on the street right by the restaurant. We had a private floor for just our group and they staffed the door so that nobody from outside or other floors could come in. The food was hot and was ready when we walked in. After a day of long meetings, everyone was hungry and there was no waiting to eat. The meat balls are highly recommended by the way! The bar was staffed with many bartenders so the group didn't have to wait for anything. My boss decided at last minute that they wanted to give a short welcome and again the staff was very accessible and jumped into action and had us set and ready to go in minutes.
If you are bringing a small or large group to Nashville, I suggest Nashville Underground. I worked with Jeremy Porter and he was AMAZING. We have a small team and he was like an extension of the team, taking care of everything and showing me ways to keep our budget in check. Thank you, Jeremy!!!

The guy working the bull on the night of 12/14 was extremely rude to our group. He made the already empty bar event more empty and we left upset. We won’t be returning and decided to ride the bull and get a drink elsewhere.

Overpriced. A soft bake pretzel and a michelob ultra was $30 😂 JOKE
First walked in thought it was so cute and fun then the bartender was very rude, told my friends she wouldn't serve them because she worked 50 hours and knew they wouldn't tip and to go to the upstairs bar even though it was closed. Mind you she didn't even give them a chance for them to tip. She wouldn't even serve them a water. Bull riding was so fun the guy working that was awesome. Them games there were cute but service was absolutely terrible made the whole experience bad
Hosted a business team event here last week and my whole team had a blast! I organized this event with Jeremy who was a delight to work with. He made this so easy and pain less! We reserved the 3rd floor for 54 people with unlimited games. The whole staff was amazing! Courtney was a great server, Grace and June were amazing bartenders and Big Red was amazing security ensuring no one entered the floor that was not part of our party. Will definitely be recommending to the rest of my company as well as friends and family!
