We had so much fun spending almost three hours of our Sunday afternoon at Nelson’s Green Briar! After enjoying a delicious brunch featuring the “espresso, I guess so” made with whiskey (server Autumn was fabulous!), we had a great tour/tasting where we learned so much history of the distillery. Excellent lunch, excellent tour, fantastic bottling experience! Kevin, our bottler, was the most knowledgeable. Amanda, our hostess, was FABULOUS in coordinating our events. Jacob is super tour guide! Best whiskies in the US of A!
This place came highly recommended and did not disappoint.
When you enter the place, you're greeted by someone at a desk where you could sign up if you want to take their tour. I opted to skip the tour since they're almost closing and I'd rather take my time enjoying my drinks.
