I come here all the time. Ordered an individual pickup from 4 days ago. Couldn’t pick up as I was hospitalized. Wouldn’t let me get another one or refund. Pretty sure this may be illegal practices as I didnt receive a product.

Literally walked in, ordered a cake from the display case, they pulled it away and claimed it was pre-ordered. If your sole purpose for existing is to make cakes, don’t run dry.
Customer service is atrocious.
Cakes are great- but not that great.

I always have such a wonderful experience at Nothing Bundt Cakes but today I wanted to surprise a friend who just got their citizenship with a bundlet tower with red white and blue ribbons (I know flags are out of season) and they were so unaccommodating. I even offered to pay for the extra ribbons (just a blue one cuz I used a red ribbon and white flower) but the lady said she checked with her supervisor and their reasoning was, “if we do it for you and other people see it we would have to do it for them too!” Very disappointed. ☹️

The staff here is not friendly. Fake. Bougie. Over priced cakes.

Great food and people. Came today and guy was super cool plus helped with the free cake for my birthday. Hope he doesn't think I came for a free one!

Placed an order from out of state for same-day delivery to my daughter in Nashville. Spoke with Alexa and she was so helpful and pleasant! She answered my questions and noted that delivery is less expensive when ordering online. I placed the order online and 3 hours later, the tower was delivered, about 6 miles away, for an $8 delivery fee. The driver had a bit of trouble finding the apartment building entrance, but called my daughter and it worked out. She says the cakes are delicious. When we visit in a couple of months for her birthday, we'll be ordering her bigger cake from this store. Thank you!

Ordered cakes for a corporate work event. 9:00 am pick up time. Showed up cakes were not ready. Did not get my order till 10:10. Employee did not seem to care. Cakes were great. Just frustrating the waste of time.

I usually go to the location in Hendersonville because it’s close to Costco but today I was in West Nashville so I stopped at the White Bridge location. The customer service if I would rate it on scale 1-10 I give a 11. The guy and lady in the store were kind. Also, I like the fact I was told about the survey. Trust I will be back! Perfection! First time I've had their cakes, not the first time I've been inside one of the nothing bundt cakes, they're all wonderful shops. Never could have imagined they'd be so yummy!

Did a mobile order for a tower bundt i wanted to gift. delivery fee was $26 for 6 miles. ok no problem.

I received the picture and there was no sunflower and one of the cakes was the wrong flavor.

I wish they were willing to correct it (as in deliver the right cake and the flower) but instead they only offered to refund me the cost of the one cake.

Disappointed because it was a gift and it wasn't delivered as ordered. So $52.44 for a $18 item that i might get $5 back. i say might cus I'm in TX and this is in TN, i haven't got proof if refund via email so idk how that's going to work. it's not about the money it's about not following instructions and even then, i wasn't upset, mistakes happen but I'd wish they corrected it by re-delivering the one missing cake and sunflower because THAT IS what i paid for. -

I don't give it a 1 because the girl who answers the phone was not rude. She was nice. Just "unable" to re-deliver. Also because at least the driver delivered it to the correct address and texted me once delivered.

My recent visit to nuttin but cakes was disappointing. Cake prices have gone up. The cake recipe has changed. Carrot cake, Red Velvet Cake and Strawberry
