Felt like everybody knew everybody's name. Bartender with fat dreads kewl as all outdoors, drinks were precise, balanced, and didn't sneak up on you when you stood up. Salads were crisp and very fresh. Our entres are the fried catfish, bacon burger, and house salad with grilled ckn. All made with care and cooked to perfection. Will return soon.
Nice family restaurant with a good variety of American food. Good portions.
Thaila L made our experience absolutely the best! Such a sweetheart and very attentive to her job and customers needs!
Several are closed, but I found one in Hermitage, Tn
This O'Charley's is always clean. Great food every time. 😋 Service is excellent!
My server Nicole was amazing the rest of the experience was just so-so.
Our order was wrong food wasn't like we remembered but still good. Waitress was friendly and hard working. Manager was reluctant to adjust error but in the end we were taken care of.
We were in town for a work gig and needed something a little more solid than fast food, so we stopped by this location. Our server was awesome but the food was not great.
My work partner was happy with his sandwich, but the chicken and mac n cheese were rough. When you order a plate and the best part is the baked potato ðŸ˜
Let me start with O’Charley‘s used to be our favorite restaurant. We go from Mother’s Day and as soon as the waitress comes to the table, she asked what we want to drink. We tell her and then we’re waiting on two people so I tell her what to get them and she said NO I’ll wait till they get here ,And I was like OK, Found that a bit disrespectful, And she must’ve saw it on my face because she brought it out anyway, and they were there and that is what they wanted. Then she’s taking our orders. I tell her exactly how my daughter wants her salad nothing but lettuce, bacon and cheese and she’s steady went through every topping with my daughter having to say no no no and I said I told you already, it was like she was trying to argue with me through our entire brunch, and I have been waiting for years to go to a Mother’s Day brunch there. She brings out my daughters salads before we even get the appetizer and then we had to wait for the food for a while and there wasn’t that many people there. The food comes I literally paid $12 for two pieces of toast and my husband and his mother get the biscuit thing and they can’t eat it because the biscuits are so hard and my husband can eat anything and he couldn’t even eat the fried taters. The only thing that was decent that we got was the steak that my daughter got my husband had to wait for a drink a few times and when we were done eating, it was like she was trying to run us off, and there was hardly anybody there so it was not as if we were holding up a table. It was Mother’s Day. We were conversing with his mother. Needless to say this ruined my Mother’s Day and it’ll be a while before we go to O’Charley’s again!
Server forgot to put in appetizer order so they came out just before the food. Spinach dip was dry. Of course the rolls were good, but everything else was subpar. I haven't been to an o'charleys in a long time and now I know why...

Food came out hot and fresh
Terrible and sent me to Antioch for an order was pissed!!
Country music was playing. Most of the staff was awesome. The food was great & plentiful. They have Happy Hour $5 drinks and snacks. I also ordered the salmon. It comes with 2 sides. The mashed sweet potatoes was amazing. Sugar & cinnamon sprinkled on top.
I remember the good ol' days in Memphis going to O'Charley's a couple of times a week and getting the potato soup. It was and I'll assume it still is delicious. The soup at this location was weird...it tasted burnt but wasn't hot...the cheese wasn't even melted on top as I thought it should be as I remember. My wife ordered the sampler platter appetizer and was just as disappointed in the quality of food that we have come to expect from OC. We live in Hermitage and it still wasn't worth the drive, money or time.
A different O'Charleys but the same awesome food and service
