O'Charley's Restaurant & Bar

We love to get an early lunch at this location between visits at Summit Medical. The loaded potato soup is really good and pairs well with those fresh made rolls OldCharlies is famous for. We enjoy all their food but that soup is special. Service is fast and friendly. Highly recommend.

Great American food. The server seemed new and unsure of the menu, and service wasn't the quickest, but the bread is the best, and everyone agreed the food was delicious and generous, including the take-out desserts.

Had Bri as me and my wife’s server, best service we’ve had in a while, we will for sure be back, and the strawberry cheesecake is to die for!!! And we had the cheese wedges, she had them before, and tonight was my first time having them, and they were amazing! We will for sure be back 10/10 would recommend!

I've read multiple comments on her referencing a Hostess here who seems to have a problem with people of color. This needs to be addressed by management and if they refuse to then an area manager and corporate need to be contacted.

We Went for Dinner, at O'Charley's and We Both had the Salisbury's steak dinner. The Food was Just Ok for Me, but My Friend, enjoyed Her's more. The Service was Excellent.

My Mother, sister and I recently visited this location and we had a fairly decent visit a few things that I feel should be addressed but the GM did come over to apologize for the one major concern I would have and that's with the utensils being dirty. I hate that we experienced that but I do understand that we are living in a time where it is hard to get good help and even the fact that we could enter a restaurant where there is a hostess who does NOT acknowledge it presence until u can NO longer be ignored says a LOT to me. She finally smiled and came over to greet us saying that she was entering a to go order something that they have to do now and have NOT always had to do so she could NOT get over to us upon our initial entrance. I feel like this was just said to take away from the awkwardness of us still standing there. A simple smile goes a long way it even a head feature that says I see u and will be right with u would be more courteous but hey I came to eat so when it comes to the food my mother and I were pleased with our burgers . My sister NOT so satisfied with the potato soup which looked like cheese whiz and had very few potatoes. The sandwich portion for the club on the happy hour menu we understood to be half a sandwich but looked more like a half of a half. Courtney did a good job of waiting on us and smiled while doing so , so I would like to point out her being attentive while waiting on us and taking care of us was very much appreciated. I feel I would visit this location again because I have one more than one occasion my hope is just that the experience will be much better.
