Catfish was good. The only issue is that the coleslaw was placed in a small to go container, like you would place desert in. Which didn't make sense because it is wet. Needless to say, the small to go container leaked all in the bag and on the box with the catfish and fries. Wish they would have placed it in a cup with a top or bowl with top. Just didn't make logical sense.

The food was very good. Our server Andi was was good she was new not sure of the menu but took amazing care with us. Half of what we ordered they did not have The manager Denis was supposed to come and talk to us she never came to the table yet she was right outside our window smoking a cigarette with the bartender. Very unprofessional and quite rude at the end of our dinner. We were charged more for happy hour drinks than what was in the happy hour menu and when asked for a drink on the happy hour menu was told they were out and again the manager was no where to be found and made no attempt to accommodate us in anyway. Quite a disservice.

My husband and I visited for date night last night. We hadn't been to O'Charley's in a while now and so much has changed for the better. The space was clean and inviting. The menu seems different with a lot of more options/choices. I ordered a bbq pork chop, 1/3 bbq baby back ribs, loaded baked potato and broccoli with a strawberry lemonade to drink. Everything was delicious. Our server was attentive and food came out quickly. They still bring you fresh sweet rolls which is one of my favorites. I really enjoyed our date night here and we will definitely be back again sooner than later.

Emilie is, by far, the best waitress ever! She’s super sweet and took great care of us. We never even had to wait for refills she was so on top of it. I wish her the best of luck with medical school ❤️

The ribs were good with the bar-b-que pork chop with the mashed potatoes. Cole slaw was pretty bad. The 2 pork chops with salad were good. I wasn't impressed with the Mac and cheese with lobster. I would not order that again. The place really needs to be cleaned. It needs an update.

Ordered from here for an office Christmas lunch and everything was greasy and tasteless. I ordered ribs and chicken combo with fries and coleslaw, along with fried pickles and spinach dip. The ribs were very tender but tasteless, fried pickles super greasy and not crispy, chicken tenders were ok a little overcooked, so needless to say I was quite dissatisfied. It was like they cooked everything in a hurry.
I had the Chicken Nachos and Margarita. The food was great. The service was amazing. The atmosphere was very laid-back, with a small crowd during Happy Hour.

Seriously awful! I am not one to leave a bad review unless absolutely necessary, I usually leave fabulous reviews but these guys really tanked tonight. We ordered the Cajun chicken as well as a steak with broccoli & asparagus for dinner. The steak was so bad, broccoli was mush and asparagus had no taste at all. The Cajun chicken was like cooked pasta with raw onions and green peppers. I like my veggies with a little crisp but these weren’t cooked at all. There was literally no Cajun flavor, I think it’ll take me 3 days to get the onion taste out of my mouth. I do not know what changed here because we have ordered before but will certainly never do it again! Beware

Server refuses to use order sheet to write down our order, just winged it, didn't see our server for 20 minutes before our order arrived and had to find someone after my order and when ready to leave. I believe my credit card info was compromised here because I gave my server my card, she went to the back, rang up the wrong amount then a few days later my card was used a few states away despite me having an RFID wallet. Recommend you keep an eye on your credit card. Food was okay. Not worth the price.

Wish I could give it 0 stars! My coworkers and I went to eat here on our lunch break. Our waitress was rude she never even gave her name. She took a while to get back with us to take our order and after we asked another server to see how long she would take she came back and tried to confront us by asking us what we told the other server. She also messed up one of our drinks and tried to argue with him despite him tasting the drink himself knowing it wasn’t what he ordered. She proceeded to go and bring him the syrup to mix the drink HIMSELF. We wouldn’t have came to a restaurant if we knew we’d have to make our own tea. While we were waiting on our food, we saw a roach (pictured) and decided to leave afterwards because that was the last straw. I would not recommend this place to anyone and seeing the roach confirmed that the food would be coming from a nasty kitchen anyway. Such a waste of our time

Absolutely awful. We sat for 15 minutes before getting our drink order taken. They were not busy at all and at one point, we went to the restroom before our order was taken and our waitress was sitting back at an empty table, texting on her phone. Our order was taken and we got out food 40 min later. We were there for an hour and a half and counted 11 families there at 8 pm on a Friday night. We will most definitely not be back to this location. This is one of our favorite places to eat but this was a terrible experience. The manager did take off for a meat that was under cooked, but it was still a bad experience.
