I love O'Charleys, but hey, everything can't be 5 stars. The loaded potato soup ain't what it used to be. It's like it is thinner now and not as rich as it used to be. This is probably wrong, but it's like they used to use cream or milk as the liquid base and now it seems like the liquid base is water. Everything else is still pretty solid though. For me, it's hard to go wrong with the Top Shelf Combo appetizer as an entrée, but the spicy jack wedges have changed in that, too. I liked the old one's flavor better, but 90% of the time, the cheese had all run out in the fryer so I understand why they changed to the new style. Oh, and who doesn't love those rolls!

Went Super Bowl Sunday before the game and was surprised that we got in so quick. Our food was good, we ordered a drink from the bar and it was really good. Service was excellent and that's unusual these days. Our server, Cherie did an excellent job.

I know they have a new manager from my neighboring town . We left there 10 minutes ago to eat Chinese nextdoor. We walked in we were not even greeted sat there for 15 minutes no one even acknowledged us they were too busy taking care of Uber eats orders there were hardly any cuy in there at 6:45 really like this location , but if you are not going to even acknowledge me walking in the door after 15 minutes I have work for a business for almost 30 years and we were taught to sell service , I really hope things straighten out for them ,we were here a couple weeks ago and the service was great I know everyone has bad nights , maybe just have a special door or window for uber eats and the front door for dine in customers

This place has good service and decent food for a good price! The spinach dip is absolutely delicious and often the chips are seasoned. Love the steak and sides! Grabbing a quick to-go or dining in are both pleasant :)
