I ordered online Medium sirloin steak was burnt black, potato hard as a rock, no rolls, butter, or sour cream to pick up curbside. It was the same thing the next night except the steak was cooked right but very poor quality.

By far the worst meal I’ve ever had the displeasure of paying for. Salmon was severely over cooked and dry, green beans were over salted, spinach dip was the most disgusting thing I’ve ever ordered from a restaurant. Absolutely do not recommend.

Don’t get their Meatloaf. It is a premade, pre shaped, faux meat product, flavorless product and they top it with seafood cocktail sauce. I can’t imagine if they had served this to a test group that anyone would enjoyed this product. Overall their food items are less than yummy,

My wife and I had lunch today at the Cookeville TN . The food was good and the service male was excellent. While dinning a woman came in with food from another place while she was there she was in and out of the kitchen in street clothes which were to small with her buttocks hanging out and unclothed body was on the booth seats. I'm 64 yo and my wife is 63 and was totally appoled at the site and then had to leave because she kept going to the kitchen where food is being prepared. I will have to think long and hard before I return. The staff should not allow people off work to be where they are preparing the food for people paying to dine in your business.

Please stop cooking your steaks on a conveyer type grill. My steak was over marinated and almost to the point of being mushy. It had no steak taste. If I wanted a steak cooked like Burger King does there hambugers I would have gone there.Please go back to grilling them.

Haven't received my refund from online order placed 3-4 days ago. The local Restuarant said that the process would have to go through corporate. It should not take this long. Goodlettsville TN location are the worst. Customer service is a zero..and the quality and quantity of the food.

The Georgetown Ky O’ Charley’s is beyond horrible. Just over to have dinner everything chicken tenders, potato skins , cheese wedges were way over cooked . I ordered the spin dip / chips and there was dried hamburger meat under the chips. This makes several times I have tried to eat at this location gets worst everytime. Guess I will have to drive into Lexington on Harrodsburg Rd to have dinner at OCharleys . If you are going to keep this restaurant open please try to find someone that knows how to cook and not overcook. Hopefully the general manager is aware . They were 4 people in this restaurant at 5:30 pm. Bring people from Lexington OCharleys to assist . My last time here in Georgetown!
