This experience has been UNBELIEVABLE!!! Francis is THE BEST server I have had in the 5 years I have lived in Tennessee. The management even came twice to do a table touch. Hannah thank you for checking on us!!! Francis thank you for making our dinner experience extraordinary!!! You ladies are rock stars!

Literally everything was wrong. First they brought out a margarita with no alcohol. Seriously it was straight up sour mix.

Please keep in mind, we weren’t trying to get me alcohol, there genuinely wasn’t any in it. According to our server, the bartender was just a server filling in at the time and had never made a drink in her life.

Then our server rang in drinks we never ordered. Brought us the wrong food two times. And then we had the extreme displeasure of meeting John, seemingly the world’s most useless manager, who’s only notable quality seems to be his ability to clear plates. There was no offer to help in any way, he just told why we were wrong and made excuses for the poor service while telling us that he wasn’t making excuses.

Plz do better. This isn’t how to you run a restaurant.

The food was amazing and so was the atmosphere but it seemed we were rushed through our meal when ordering our dessert we were actually asked did we want it to go.....if I wanted it to go I wouldn't have ordered dessert but made myself something when I got home.....Geez!

Look, I get that you don't want your servers to be hot and sweaty, but it's always colder than the Appalachian Mountains in January up in here! Why!?

Delicious! Went for a hoco celebration with 7 other bros, and even though some werent eating and others shared a check, staff handeled it like the pros they are. Zuppa Toscana was delicious (dont let the kale throw you off), and the tour of italy was (of course) to be slightly mained for. All in all, a fantastic experience, and can't wait to return.
