Onda Korean Restaurant is a spacious two-story place with a cozy and trendy atmosphere in midtown, nicer inside than expected from the exterior. The food is spectacular and truly authentic, with generous portions. Dishes highlighted by reviewers include the life-changing pork rib kimchi stew, kimchi galbijjim with tender meat and savory kimchi, sundubu ramen, budae jjigae, bibimbap, spicy bulgogi, beef noodles, a fried rice appetizer, wings, and the delicate, creamy milk bingsoo for dessert. The side dishes, kimchi, and accompaniments like sweet potatoes and carrots are also noted. Service is very friendly and engaging, though it could sometimes be more attentive. Parking validation is available for the nearby Skyhouse Nashville garage. Many find the experience wonderful and fabulous, with a goal to try everything on the menu.
