Food: Lots of flavorful and uniquely prepared items.

Service: Excellent, above and beyond expectation.

Ambience: Cute country-themed decor with a nice gift shop.

Average place for the area. The pulled pork sandwich was good and I've had better. No one there at 1pm. 2 of us had the place mostly to ourselves. Very quiet.

Do yourself a favor and eat literally anywhere else. We went there before an Opry show. A party of 4. The place was nearly empty but it took well over an hour to get our food and when it finally arrived all 4 meals were very low quality, meats overcooked and dried out, sides cold. Just plain awful food.

Excellent service, very attentive and cheerful staff. Pork shoulder was delicious, brisket was alright, ribs were great. Tried grits for the first time and asked if they were supposed to be warm. Apparently they are, server immediately corrected the problem an it when hot, it is super good. Happy to have eaten here!!

Service was very slow. There was only 6 people in the restaurant. I ordered The Southern Chicken Tenders & Fries. Chicken was way over cooked and no flavor, fries were good. Husband ordered the ribeye he also said he wasn't impressed at all. He did say the mashed potatoes were good. We had to ask another person for another drink. Very disappointed this is our first time in Nashville was looking forward to a nice dinner.

Sadly, didn't have a good time here. Ordered a steak medium rare and it was cooked medium well. Garlic mash potatoes had way too much garlic and the green beans were too watery. Ordered a blackberry moonshine drop and sadly, had to return it as it had fruit flies in the drink. Rarely saw our server and the whole restaurant seemed to be understaffed. Not even the manager came by to explain about the fruit flies. Sadly, will not be going back there.

Place is dead and we waited 15 minutes and no one came over to wait on table. Went to desk and said no one told waitress. She came right over and took order right away. Waited another about 25 minutes to get 2 burgers and blt. Had to ask for silverware and napkins. Feel like they are not equipped to serve public.

Had a business dinner here. The music was fun, but definitely not the place to plan a meeting where you want to hear each other talk! Food was pretty timely. Server was attentive.

Better food options nearby. Brisket was hard and dry. Ribs were soft but also dry. Pulled pork was mostly fat .

I cannot believe a hotel restaurant is this awesome!! Great prices, amazing food, & the coolest staff. During the evenings, the majority perform live on stage in the small lounge area. It’s great, not cheesy. Speaking of cheesy….the food is incredible. Great portions & prices, but the food is fresh & flavorful. Get the brunch burger!!!!

While this is a hotel restaurant, everything about it was great. I'd like to give a shout out to Lindsey, Dee, & Jessica! They made me feel like I was at my hometown little bar!!! In terms of food; the meatloaf was very good as were the brisket sliders...shout out for the broccoli & cheese side dish. Next time I'm in Nashville the Opry Backstage Grille will definitely be my home-based bar & restaurant.

came here randomly and was pleasantly surprised. got the meatloaf sandwich, mashed potatoes, an espresso martini, and an oke smoky sour lemon drop. everything was made perfectly. meatloaf was cooked perfectly with lots of flavor, and both drinks were made perfect as well. our bartender lindsey was also very friendly! A+
