Oscar's Taco Shop - East Nashville

I've had dinner twice at the Paducah, KY location and it has been great. The food is fresh and delicious, portions are generous, and prices are fair. The complimentary chips and salsa bar is also a nice touch. The restaurant is also clean, and staff are friendly. I'm looking forward to eating here again.

Amazing, fresh and authentic food! I have eaten so many items from their menu and I have never eaten anything I didn’t like, not one time. It’s truly becoming a family favorite for supper at least once a week!!

I attempted to order food over the phone and spoke with a guy named Mike who took my order. He was very rude and nasty towards me. He was very sarcastic, short, and he hung up on me and told me they would make it when I get there instead of before hand (the whole purpose of me placing an order over the phone) because he asked me my eta and I asked him how long it was gonna take to make my food. I called back and asked for a manager and he said there was no manager and changed up his demeanor and lied, so I told him I no longer wanted the order because of how I was treated when I initially made the call. It’s very unfortunate because I ordered multiple items and heard good things about this restaurant. Overall I feel they need to work on better phone etiquette and customer service especially when people are spending their hard earned money.

I've been coming here for a while, it's always excellent ! However what is it with the burrito being folded to take up half of the inside ? Now you get half of what you paid for. Don't like it.

The person that takes Your debit card after you pay for your meal, he adds his own tip to it without you knowing he got me for about five bucks. I’ve never been through a drive-through is that you have to pay a tip to get your food?

I put in a phone order for 1 burrito and took me 10 mins to get to the restaurant and I still had to wait another 5 mins for someone to hand it to me even though my food was sitting out bagged up.
