The best Ramon I’ve ever had!
Husband and I are visiting from Dallas; we love ramen, and were excited to try some local fare. Vibes were great, I loved the atmosphere, the music, etc. We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door, and every single staff member we encountered said hi to us, smiled, was friendly and attentive, etc. We got chicken gyoza, which I thought was perfect and superior to this app that we always get at our favorite ramen spot back home. (In fact, might’ve ruined it for ourselves!) We ordered the Classic Shoyu and the Triple Garlic. When I say the food came out quickly, I mean we thought it must’ve been coming to the wrong table because we had JUST placed our order. It was all very fresh and delicious; the Triple Garlic broth was incredibly rich (my only teeny tiny complaint; I couldn’t finish it, but that’s just personal preference.) This establishment showed a lot of care and pride in what they do. So glad we checked this place out during our short stay in the city!

This location has gone down hill. I’ve been a few times and my final straw was the manager being rude to our table. I’ve worked in restaurants and this place needs a restructuring

Tasty ramen. Triple Garic is not spicy and is good to try.

Ate here a while back, just now getting around to leaving a review but they deserve it! Really good food, who would’ve thought ramen noodles could taste sooooo good! 😋🔥

This spot popped up when I searched “Asian food” on Google Maps. It had a bunch of great reviews, so of course we had to try it. We ordered the TN Tonkotsu Shio ramen and the Szechuan Miso ramen. OMG SO GOOD!! My bf and I agreed there was a bit too much sodium but considering we cleaned our bowls, clearly it was not overloaded with salt and it was still enjoyable. Take away a pinch of salt, and the flavor is on par with some of the best ramen I’ve had in the Bay Area, and the quality was great as well. The service was prompt and the restaurant itself was clean and welcoming. The reviews are right. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend this spot!

If you have enjoyed ramen at other places, then you're not going to enjoy it here. Everything about the ramen dish left something to be desired. From the complete lack of a Naruto, to the wrong pork being used (they do not use chasu pork, but instead use a combined meat paste flattened and fried). The broth tasted ok, but nothing out of this world and was a very low small amount and warm, not hot. Noodles tasted like they were store bought and were not cooked thoroughly. The egg was ice cold. I like my ramen spicy, so I asked the server for chili oil, but what they bring you is just oil, no chili, and not spicy at all at a cost of $1.50 for an add on that should be free.
My wife left hungry, she couldn't finish her ramen because like me, she's had it MUCH better elsewhere.
The pork buns were good and do use chasu pork, so they have it, I don't understand why they don't use that in the ramen as well. It was a cold night so I got hot green tea also, but what they bring you is a hot cup of water with a generic teabag you can get at any supermarket. The overall dining experience was very dull, tasteless, and expensive. I'm just passing through Nashville so I won't be returning, but the experience was bad enough to leave this review. There is nothing authentic, flavorful, or interesting about this ramen. I've made better ones at home out of a packet.
To the owner of this establishment, instead of replying saying how sorry you are, do your research. Look up Daikokuya in Los Angeles, Mr Taka Ramen in New York, or Shimuja in Miami. Improve your product, so reviews like these stop popping up.

The service and atmosphere were amazing, decorations and vibes were there. Service was helpful and friendly.
As for the food, the broth was insanely greasy and lacked in flavor. The meat was over cooked and dry. Noodles were alright, just very hard to enjoy when the broth isn’t there in flavor and quality.

Otaku Ramen understands something many restaurants forget: luxury isn’t about excess, it’s about intention. Nowhere is that clearer than in their #3, a bowl that takes the humble spirit of a once .95-cent staple and elevates it into something thoughtful, nourishing, and deeply satisfying. If I could rate it out of ten I would give it a 8.9 out of 10.

It’s really unfortunate that I’m writing this. I enjoy coming here with my boyfriend and we genuinely like the food when we are dining in at the restaurant.
That being said, we have recently ordered it to go to have at home. We soon realized that there was not enough broth to cover the noodles, so figured the next time we would just ask to buy an extra container. When we came in to do that, I was told there was no possible way to order more broth - even if I paid for it. It’s a complete rip off considering it is not cheap to begin with and then the to go containers are too small of an amount. There needs to be bigger containers or an option to be able to purchase more broth.
The last order was also completely wrong. It was written right on the tag but the kitchen didn’t follow the order. We asked for miso chicken in addition to the pork belly for both bowls (which costs extra) and they omitted the pork belly. They added eggs to the bowl that specifically said no eggs and added Serranos to both bowls when it was only supposed to be in one. It’s sad because I want to support a restaurant that’s in my neighborhood but we will no longer come here - we’ll choose another ramen place to go to instead. Picture below cost me $25.45…

Used to love going to this place but after the last visit I will make sure to not visit anymore and not recommend. The food is amazing but unfortunately don't go as a group if you expect to eat together me and the wife and kids spent 15 minutes eating and finished before our baby's order even came out eventually had to feed her something else so she wouldn't scream. Then unfortunately in the process of getting ready to leave unfortunately my wife tipped over a bowl of leftover ramen and the waiter just looks at us then walks away without offering any help until we had to beg for a rag. And instead of understanding why I didn't want to pay for the baby's order that she didn't even eat as we were already done eating and told me I should order my food more accordingly.
