I tried the ramen marked as “staff favorite” in the menu and it was so delicious! The best ramen I have had. Service was fast and friendly. This is a good place to eat at if wanting ramen while in Nashville.
Food is could but could be better by adding less oil and maybe increasing some more menu options for BYO.
Also the seating is not that great as you can sit next to the customers, you won’t get the fine dine-in feeling.

Service and atmosphere was excellent. I had the “Tennessee” tonkotsu ramen. What seemed to set it apart was a pork patty cooked much like a hamburger. It was delicious—a touch salty, but that blended well with the soup. The broth was flavor and the straight ramen noodles were cooked perfectly.
A good stop if you are looking for ramen in Nashville.
