I got here at 6:30pm on a Friday and parking was fine with lots of space. Though when I was leaving an hour later, parking got much busier. Parking is free for the first 2 hours.
Ramen was not bad. Having read the reviews, my expectation was not very high so that might have helped. I ordered #2 on the menu, tn tonkotsu soy base. It not very salty, which was good. But the amount of meat that came with it was really sad. Two tiny slices. It is too pricey for what it was in my opinion. The broth had a lot of fat so I did not try it.
I got a few bites of the glazed sweet potato, it was really good.
Overall the experience was ok.

My order was messed up three times. I paid for a drink and I didn’t get it. One of my ramens was missing an egg and extras that I paid for. There is no phone number to call. Not recommended for to-go, if you go just dine in.

I was VERY disappointed with my most recent experience here the other night. Not only did she refuse to add extra noodles to my dish, the portions were tiny and the noodles were stuck together at the bottom of the bowl. I've been to this ramen place many times as it's really close to where I live, and I'm just so frustrated that they are seemingly going downhill. I really can't wait for Jinya to open! Basically $60 was wasted on two people.

We stopped by Otaku for dinner the other day and opted for take out. We ordered 2 hot chicken bowls.
The chicken was room temperature and the rice was cold. We opened it and ate it within 5 minutes of picking it up from the counter in the restaurant. The proportions were also pretty bad - it was about 85% rice, 10% chicken tenders, and 5% pickles and slaw.
All in all, I wouldn't recommend stopping by. At least it only set us behind $10 to get a cold bowl of rice.
Would be awesome if they would answer their phone instead of leaving it off all day Called for more than 2 hrs straight and no answer!

It's really delicious for my taste!! I was so happy to find a ramen restaurant like this in the middle of America. I missed hot soup after visiting Nashville in the winter, and this was just right. The soup was a little greasy, but I liked tonkotsu (tonkotsu) so I liked it. Just order directly and wait for it to be delivered! Parking is also free for 2 hours, so don't hesitate.
