So first time there I ordered spicy margarita and that, was a big mistake. The bar tender just got a gallon off pre mix and dump it in my glass. I guess spicy margarita don't mean anything because they don't know what it is!! I don't know what kind of chip tequila they put it in and no spice at all then they charged me $48 for two drinks, so that's premium price for high end hotels which those hotels spend millions on on state of art places and excellence bartender all I'm saying they are straight up rip off!!!

Service was definitely subpar not only did I not get a receipt when I wanted one, but I was charged for all these little things that I wasn’t even told. I know this is a new thing but as a server myself for 10 years, this is something I always let people know it’s extremely aggravating to get three or four dollar extra charge because someone charge me when I wanted to try some thing. I don’t know if I’ll be coming back here.

Went with a friend on a Sunday night, 3 bartenders stared at the tv while I sat at the bar for at least 15 minutes right in front of them before they even acknowledged me and then they were rude and pretentious. Maybe they were on drugs I’m not sure but the drink we FINALLLLY got wasn’t even good. Even though I love the patio I probably won’t ever go back. They’re probably glad I think. Gross. Kind of sad because it’s close to my house. A lot of my friends gave wonderful reviews though I noticed!

I like this place overall, but I was disappointed last time I was here. It was a Saturday night, I checked online on purpose before I went to see what time they close since my friend got out of work late. It says they close at 2am, so my friend and I got there at around midnight. At 12:54am when I asked if I can order more drinks, the bartender told me no because they were closed. She also said last call was at 12:30 but no one told us that. Usually if it's last call at any other bar, they make it super loud and obvious, but no one even told us. I was obviously confused and asked the bartender what time they close and she said it depends on how many people (customers) are in the building. I get it, but it would've been nice to know ahead of time that they don't have a set closing time, especially on a Saturday. My friend and I were bummed out and left.
Update: I did email that person for that free round, never heard back.

Cute bars, but drinks were disappointing. We sat at the bar. We ordered Margaritas. They gave us premixed Margarita with zero teast of tequila. My partner order a cocktail with tequila, hibiscus and Proseco. Forgot the name of this cocktail listed in the menu. Also no tequila taste. Saw the bartender pouring 2 shots of tequila while preparing our drinks, thinking he will add those to our drinks. Instead, he gave one shot to a waitress and had one for himself. I don't think I will go back to this place.
Amazing tacos! Service was great and the atmosphere was awesome! We will definitely be back!

Back in June I saw these purple drinks in an ad for Otto's and I knew I had to go have one. I finally went there last night, only to find out they were a limited offering only for June and by now they didn't even have the base liquor to make them anymore. I was so bummed ?
While talking to the bar manager Bodie, he realized I was mostly interested in the look, not so much the type of alcohol they were made with. So then he did an awesome thing: he recreated the drink using different ingredients, just so I could have that purple drink that I saw in the ad. Not only that, but he made two of them AND gave them to us on the house ?
Now that's top quality service that goes above & beyond! It's what makes people come back to your place when they have a thousand other choices. Otto's, give Bodie a raise or a nice bonus - he deserves it! ?

Such a great neighborhood bar that I did not know existed. Simple food menu but DELICIOUS! And craft cocktails do not disappoint… try the Whiskey for Breakfast. Will definitely go back.
