Just wanted to let management know we stopped in on a Saturday to grab a bite, and the waitress told us it would be a 30-minute wait even though the place was more than half empty. It didn’t really make sense to us and was pretty frustrating. Hopefully this gets sorted out.

Our server Bryan was FANTASTIC! We loved all the food, although the mac and cheese was flavored with garlic and my party were not fans - but that’s personal preference. They served us cheesecake for a birthday in our party we celebrated that evening and were well taken care of by all staff.
Just finished dinner at this establishment and the service from the bartender named Yas was amazing. She was super polite and created an overall friendly and inviting experience. Top notch! One of the cooks named David made sure my steak was cooked to absolute perfection and went above and beyond to make sure my families food was incredible. He did this all the while training a new employee! They both deserve compensation for how far they both go in their duties!

Alex, the shift manager, came over to apologize that they did not have the Shark that went into their specialty drink. I ordered the Shark and the Platypus drinks. As we were chatting I was telling her I was collecting their items and she asked which I had….when I told her the two others (now three with the Platypus) she asked if I had all of the duck colors and the kangaroo. Not realizing the other Koala Duck colors I was in shock! She brought me the others I was missing all to make up for the Shark!!!!!
While our steak was a bit more medium rare than rate everything else was TOP NOTCH!

They screw up my to-go (DoorDash) orders 100% of the time without fail. Either the wrong side item is given or just left out. Baked potato toppings missing. Need better quality control in the pickup/delivery area.
