Our server Bryant was brand new, but we had no idea until the end of our dinner. He served us like he had been working there for years. We even asked him questions about the menu, and he never hesitated. He answered all of our questions. He gave us amazing service. Thank you, Bryant! You were amazing!

Had a reservation at 6:45pm. Did not get seated until 7:10pm. Food was incredibly slow. Had to leave without ever getting our food.

Reservation at 6:30, was told there would be a 15 minute wait until I pointed out there were three open tables available Service was painfully slow. Had to ask for silverware, napkins & water more than once. Customers we not a priority. Food quality was below average, not what it used to be!

Server was lovely. My friend asked for a drink that was made incorrectly that had to be returned. The crab wontons were lukewarm in the middle, the outer crust was not fried enough and the flavor was non existent, the plates were smaller than they were the last time we were there and everything we tried was so flavorless. The ribs were okay because the sauce was good, lettuce wraps were a shadow of what they used to be. They put us in a table where we all faced a wall... it was just odd.

We have had the same server the last three times. Shockingly enough he remembers us. He was amazing, it was like catching up with an old friend. Our meal was amazing. He even remembered how many children we had (they have never been there before because of their severe food allergies) and where my husband works. The food was tasty and it came out quickly enough though we were dining late.

Worst experience with **P.F. Chang’s curbside pickup** today. I ordered a **Chicken Pad Thai online for about $23** and picked it up via curbside. I then drove **40 minutes home**, only to find **beef mixed into my dish**. This is a serious issue, especially for people with dietary or religious restrictions.
When I called the restaurant to report the mistake and request a replacement or refund, I was told my **only option was to drive back the same day**, otherwise I would lose my money. The staff I spoke with, **Anne and Malissa**, were extremely **rude, dismissive, and showed zero customer service skills**, even though the mistake was clearly on their end.Also I was given advise to dispute with bank when I told them clearly that I used gift card and credit card both .
Between the wrong order, long drive, curbside inconvenience, and poor attitude, this experience was completely unacceptable. **I strongly do not recommend this restaurant.**

What a rip off! I'll never go back. The portions and quality have shrunk to half of what they used to be and the prices have doubled. The takeout portions are even worse! Terrible!
We've enjoyed this restaurant many times while visiting Vanderbilt. Yesterday, our very attentive server, Scott, delivered the usual really great meal. Scott also secured my credit card that I left behind, so that I could retrieve it today. Thanks to PF Chang and especially Scott.
