Panca Peruvian Restaurant

Ask ..? Is the restaurant really Peruvian? Yesterday I ordered a tacu tacu with Lomo... and nothing was Peruvian in flavor or presentation, seriously ugly.

Very disappointed in our visit last night! About 6pm our party arrived. ordered beers and apps (brought chesse instead of chicken empanadas but corrected). ordered entrees and more beers. Server was very attentive. Because of hand-held check out, we ALLLLLLLL left 20% or more as a tip. ONLY to find out at home (via texted receipt) that a gratuity was already added to the bill. The service was good, but not $100 worth for one hour. I paid cash and the others paid with credit cards. All are very upset with this deceptive behavior!

I got the Carne Asada with fried rice, vegetables, and a Vino Margarita; 10 out of 10. Alex was great and attentive! The atmosphere was great, the food was fresh and hot! I’ll definitely be back!

The food was a 10/10! I had the quarter chicken white meat with fried rice and fries! Service was amazing! My server Alex was amazing! I will definitely be back.

Excellent flavor, just the waiters who are somewhat fusiculturists, not so suitable for customer service ???

The rotisserie chicken was good and sweet plantains were a delight. The yellow sauce that comes with the chicken is just delicious.

They were conveniently out of lunch food so we had to no order more expensive food. There were 4 in our party. They charged automatic gratuity for large party and brought card machine to add tip. I added tip. Price was ridiculously expensive. I asked for a written receipt and saw that they had deceptively overcharged. Over 135$ for lunch for 4. And we drank water. They are loosing out on this group to return. Beware.

Everything was good, but I wouldn't say great. I ordered the lomo saltado and the fries were served on the side rather than mixed in the dish which really didn't work all that well.
