3 stars only because the beef in my Lomo Saltado was very tough...it had really good flavor, but not tender at all. The Leche de Tigre was awesome though, I would highly recommend that.

PANCA IS THE BEST! I don’t care how many Peruvian restaurants open up in Nashville area, this is so FARRR the best Peruvian Food I never had in my life.

You can taste and smell the quality on the ingredients, doesn’t matter what you order, will be a great experience.

Also their prices are petty fair for what you are getting.

10 of 10 and highly recommended.

Delicious Peruvian food with great vibes!
As a Colombian, I’ve always appreciated Peruvian cuisine-and this place did not disappoint! We started with the ceviche, which was fantastic. I really liked that I could adjust the heat level and that the menu clearly noted cilantro was used as a garnish-a thoughtful touch for those who aren’t fans of its flavor.

My husband had the ají de gallina, which was good-maybe a bit on the mild side, but still enjoyable....
