Lindsey was our waitress and she was incredible ! She was attentive and sweet. We’ve been to the Gatlinburg location several times - we are big pancake pantry fans. This location was a lot more modern - different menu. Mimosas! We love to see it.Again, Lindsey was amazing & made our experience a 20/10.
