Hands down the best and most authentic Al Pastor in Nashville. It is cooked on the vertical spit, aka El Trompo, with a pineapple on top allowing the juice to keep the meat juicy. You get a free Coke and they have all the sauces and toppings you could want for free.
I only go for the barbecue, it's delicious and so is the consomme.

The barbecue is very delicious and the lady is very friendly
I was turned on to this place by one of Nashville's best chefs. They really do it right. The dining room is wonderful, staff very good, and the food is outstanding !

(Translated by Google) The food is more or less passable but the old lady is bitter and apart from the prices of the tacos too expensive the price is an exaggeration ??(Original)La comida más o menos está pasable pero la señora vieja amargada y a parte los precios de los tacos demasiado caro el precio es una exageración ??
Very good Mexican food. The margaritas were very good. We had a variety of meals. I liked the beef enchilada and chili relleno, rice and beans. All were good. My daughter had cheese enchilada and my wife had a combination plate. All were good. Worth a return trip.
Just your average place - the beef is much better than the chicken - chicken was dry and chopped real little - Hard to believe we just caught them with dry chicken this time. The salsa was pretty good but nothing special. The beef fajita salad was light on the beef....and maybe the smallest taco I have ever seen. Take-out dinner for 4 - $50. Looking at the other reviews, this is really a hit and miss chance. Good Luck.
You have to come and try their consome and tacos of borrego. But you have to call to find out if they are open.

Food was good. Waiter was very nice but a little unattentive. Prices are very reasonable and the Sunday margarita special was a hit.
This place is solid. Street tacos. Las Americas burrito and Ranchero burrito. Wow. Tasty. The quality of the chicken and beef are outstanding. Can’t wait to come back.
The good/great reviews surprised me. I was very disappointed, as it came highly recommended. My margarita had a very strange taste. Two sips and I put it aside. The bean burrito was so, so. The rice had little or no flavor. The only thing I enjoyed were the chips. Would definitely not recommend.
One of Nashville’s oldest Mexican restaurant. Great food and service. Everything is very good with a lot of fresh bakery items.
I have been a customer for over 20 years. They are the absolute best in Nashville. My favorite is the chicken enchilada plate with salsa verde that comes with rice, beans, and salad. Tried most everything over years, never had a bad experience. It is the real deal in a city not known for Mexican cuisine.
