Right when I walked in, the place was packed. I couldn’t even see the food options, so when they asked what I wanted I said I wasn’t sure yet. Instead of being patient, the staff were rude and pushy about me “taking too long” to choose a meat. Then they gave me the wrong chicken and didn’t care at all when I mentioned it.
The cashier was also extremely rude. I simply asked for some ice in my pomegranate drink because it didn’t have any, and she acted annoyed. On top of that, my chicken had hard pieces in it — absolutely disgusting.
I do not recommend coming to the Panda Express on Powell Ave.

Each time that I have been to this restaurant I was only picking up for doordash or ubereats but this time I actually got the full experience and it was a pleasant one during lunch time just after my appointment at Vanderbilt

Ordered some food through door dash put condiments and extra rice got none simple directions cant be followed food tasted well just wish I had my condiments I ordered :( ig its a company policy where they cant give you sauces wouldnt recommend…
A good example of a great Panda Express it stays open really late and always serves hot food. I believe it's because they sell so much from walk-ins like me to DoorDash and Uber Eats. The employees are also super nice. I've been here several times late at night and never had a bad experience with the food or people.

I unfortunately couldn’t finish my meal due to the lovely long black hair I had to pull out of my mouth mid-eating. See photo. I was extremely disappointed.

We used to come here and order online pretty often. We had a several months break from Panda then. When we decided to get Panda's food again today we got disappointed. First, I was not able to put an online order: I wanted to use my reward points, but the app kept saying that my bag is missing required item for the reward I wanted to use (it was there, of course). So I decided not to use the reward and just pay the whole price for the order. But then it told me, that there's some problems to place the order for this location exactly. I tried an app and a website, nothing worked. I went to the store and ordered there my food to go. It wasn't crowded there and workers were not in a rush. But when I got home with the food, we found out that one plate had only one entee rather than two (I ordered two as it goes with plate, information on the receipt was correct also, they just missed one). I thought , well, sometimes people make mistakes it's ok. But that wasn't it yet. I started to eat my food and I found a long black hair in it. After this I thought, I really want to write a review. Maybe it'll help to improve their service.
