I’ve had Panda Express a million times and this was by far the worst experience. I placed an online order and arrived 2 minutes before it said it would be ready. They were fairly busy which I get, but there was absolutely no communication. People with online orders were just standing around waiting for some kind of direction and they checked out like 6 people before getting to us. They were pretty rude and couldn’t find my order even when I showed my confirmation screen. Then they just walked around for a while and didn’t tell us anything. Literally just looked at us with blank stares like they had not a clue in the world what to do. Finally after a while they called my name but they made me feel like I was the problem. It was an absolutely terrible experience and I would never come back to this location. I understand working in fast food/fast casual food sucks. But they could have at least been nice/apologetic, etc. I’m really patient and understanding but from the moment I walked up to the online order area they were so rude and just looked like they didn’t care. It was two people in particular, one who looked like maybe a manager (black uniform) and the cashier. The other 2 people waiting for their orders also gave their names and the manager just said “we don’t have them” and walked off. I do think they got their orders made but there was nothing said of maybe “ we can’t find your order can you show us what you got? Or give us a moment to troubleshoot we’re so sorry for the wait. “ I am not one to complain usually but this just left me in a sour mood after working 9 am - 9 pm. The food was also sub par to what it usually is. The flavor wasn’t there, things seemed a little stale (and I love leftovers that are room temp and I just drove these 10 minutes home). This was just not good.
This is always a favorite for us. I utilize the order online feature. It enables us to walk right in and pick up our food for take out. Food is hot, fresh, and tasty every time. Portions are good as well. Staff always friendly.

I am giving this restaurant ZERO stars!!! I only gave one star because I had to in order to post a review. The customer service was disrespectful to say the least!!! I arrived 8 minutes prior to the restaurant opening and sat outside at a table. The workers inside could clearly see me. I sat patiently (in the drizzling rain), 2-3 minutes past the time that the restaurant said that it was scheduled to open. I looked inside and the guy looked directly at me. I waited a few seconds and pointed to my wrist to see what time they were opening bc I was taking a break and had to leave soon. The guy literally looked at me, shooed me away like I was a fly, and turned around and walked away so that I could no longer see him. I've never had a bad experience at this Panda Express, but I will never be back. I don't tolerate being disrespected by anyone, especially if I'm supporting your business and making a way for you to feed yourself and your family. Customer Service has really gone down hill.

I had the honey + walnut Shrimp /w noodles and it was very tasty ? if you like shrimp,you are going to love this recipe. "try it,you will like it.Vegetarian options: You can pick and choose what you want from the serving area.Parking: Parking space is available, but there's only a limited number of space for customers to use.Wheelchair accessibility: Sometimes I hardly notice if the doors are Accommodating for wheelchairs, but I do know that the law requires it.
