The service here was really friendly and all their selections were continuously stocked in the middle of lunch time.
The only downer is that the portions seemed to be lacking from what I am used to seeing at Panda Express. #shrinkflation.
The Blazing Bourbon Chicken was really good and should be a permanent menu item.

I can’t see how this location has a lower score. It definitely gets a 5 star rating from me today. I don’t go to Panda Express often at all. I had a coupon to use in the app, and it said that it would be an hour before I could pick up the order. I went up to the counter and spoke to 2 very friendly and helpful gentlemen who told me it wouldn’t be a problem at all, and they made my order right then and there. The food was hot and fresh, and they were very patient and professional. I would definitely come back because of the great food and excellent service! Job well done gentlemen!!

Our food was hot, fresh, and good. The mall was a little loud, so the server couldn't hear us when I asked for sweet and sour sauce, and they forgot to put the dessert in the bag. But overall, it was a great experience, and we helped visitors from Knoxville choose the walnut shrimp as part of their meal. They said it was wonderful. Thank You.

The rice wasn't cooked well or maybe its from the other day, idk for sure but it wasn't good tbhordered some chicken that has nuts and squash but mainly received veggies and nust, the chicken was merely on the entryI have tried Panda Exp. Before but their food quality and this restaurant/ food courts food wasn't even close to what I was expecting. Will never eat there, personal rating 1/10

There was mold in my food. I ordered a bowl with super greens and broccoli beef. The broccoli beef sauce had a disgusting gritty texture, all the vegetables were completely raw, and there was only 1 (one) tiny piece of beef in my entree, which was actually kind of amusing. Only had a few bites before I realized that some of the broccoli stems were rotting/moldy! I spoke to a manager and he just asked if I wanted to order something different, he did not seem to understand the health hazard. I was refunded but they continued to serve the rotten food to other customers! Unfortunately I did not get a picture of the food and I can’t remember the manager’s name.
