I can’t see how this location has a lower score. It definitely gets a 5 star rating from me today. I don’t go to Panda Express often at all. I had a coupon to use in the app, and it said that it would be an hour before I could pick up the order. I went up to the counter and spoke to 2 very friendly and helpful gentlemen who told me it wouldn’t be a problem at all, and they made my order right then and there. The food was hot and fresh, and they were very patient and professional....
Our food was hot, fresh, and good. The mall was a little loud, so the server couldn't hear us when I asked for sweet and sour sauce, and they forgot to put the dessert in the bag. But overall, it was a great experience, and we helped visitors from Knoxville choose the walnut shrimp as part of their meal. They said it was wonderful. Thank You.

The only downer is that the portions seemed to be lacking from what I am used to seeing at Panda Express. #shrinkflation.
The Blazing Bourbon Chicken was really good and should be a permanent menu item.
