Absolutely horrible Panda Express. My work place orders from here because of the closeness. Every time we order within 5 minutes we get the alerts that our orders are ready but when we get there to pick them up they are never even close. Today we ordered at 12:01pm and at 12:35 they hadn't even started making them yet. This is the recurring theme. No apologies ever.

Over the years I've eaten at a number of different panda expresses. This is by far my favorite, as the staff has always been friendly, and has always remembered my friends and I when we come in. I haven't been able to come in for a few months, but I came back in and they still remembered me like I had never left. They always serve good food, hot and fresh.

I’ve never done one of these reviews EVER, because I’ve never had to. I’m not sure if these reviews show dates, but me and a friend came into this location on 7/24/25 after work. When we first walked it, there was no initial greeting, waited at the beginning of the line to get orders taken, no one still came. (The restaurant was NOT busy) My friend already knew what he wanted, but I did not as I do not eat Chinese food, usually… A man finally came up and said “what are yall waiting for” which was red flag #1, because what else would we be waiting for … I asked him if I could taste one of their new items, since my friend did tell me they would let me try one sample just to make sure I like it.. the man immediately said “NO, we not doing no samples” he was sooo RUDE, and it really surprised me, because we were so patient and nice. I was even more surprised to find out he is the MANAGER, (NAEEM). I asked for ONE sample, and it was near closing lol, who was he saving the food for? 😭😭😭😭

They asked for me to pull around to the side to cook up my order, so I wait for 30 minutes while they serve other customers inside and at the drive-through.
After I come inside, tired of waiting, the manager (whoever is the one in the black shirt) finally gets me my food which they left sitting in the kitchen the whole time on a tray. Why I got singled out of all the customers that night when they saw me parked? I have no idea.
