On two separate occasions we have ordered food and have been lied to about wait times.
We take an hour lunch and stop by panda. Last time it took 40 mins to finish our food. We had a 20 min lunch that day. Awesome. Today, we ordered online and made sure not to leave work until ready. Well I got the notification that it was ready. We told them we had a pickup order and were told it would be done in 4 mins. 4 mins was actually 30 mins. They had run out of chow mein. This is where my forgiveness and patience goes out the window.
See photo for what my order of Orange chicken and chow mein was given to me after such a long wait and ordering ahead. I didn't even get any chow mein its all cabbage.
So much for lunch.

Great customer service makes this Panda Express stand out.
Was greeted with a welcoming smile. Even offered me to try a few of the entrees before I my purchase.
Food was okay. A couple of the entrees like the fried rice and the chow mein tasted bland. Seemed to was missing some sort of spice or flavoring that's typical with Panda Express. The other selections like mushroom chicken, orange chicken and the beef broccoli and we're on point. The beef broccoli could have more beef.
Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. This location offer drive through service. This location also had plenty of parking.
Kid-friendliness: If you have a family I would suggest a family combo. There is plenty of food.

Pulled up to the drive through. The employee was very hard to understand. I placed an order for teryaki chicken and orange shrimp. They were out of shrimp. So i did orange chicken. However i was trying to order a separate orange chicken and instead of treating like a separate person was going to eat a meal they put both in the same to go box... i clearly said a second order. I ended up just asking for a second box. No coke zero but its on menu, out of orange shrimp...hard to understand employee and all in one box for my order because they didnt understand. not a great exp.

Decent food⊠but you better bring EXACT CHANGE if youâre paying in cash⊠for the second time their drawer is a dollar short!! Everytime I get my change back they ask if I have any change for a 5 or 10⊠so then they have to give me the rest of my change in coins⊠which is fine with me as long as I get my correct change back.

Staff is very unorganized, and unprepared. They desperately need better leadership. If you donât have a particular menu item available then tell the customer you donât have it. Dont make them wait 30 minutes

It's panda express, it tastes relatively the same everywhere. They were out of sweet and sour sauce which was a bummer. The workers are what really irritated me. I place my order like normal and they really push for me to order their lemonade or something like that and I say no and then they say they'll offer me a discount and I still say no. Then, I pull up to the window and the worker shoves a flyer in my face and asks me to scan for the app. Again I say no and she says are you sure and offers me the discount again. I take the flyer and say maybe later to just leave it at that. She takes my card and walks away and you'd think that'd be the end of that. Nope! Another girl opens the window and asks for me if I'm a member and if I want to join. Like I get once or twice, but seriously give it rest. It's so off-putting and annoying.

After waiting 20 minutes in line at this location I pulled up to the window to pay and was immediately met with a QR code in my face. I asked what it was for and the woman said rewards program to get a discount. I tried to explain I donât want to app on my phone or have to go through the trouble of opening an email on my phone that was about to die. She kept trying to take my phone and put this app on there. I said I can just pay itâs fine I donât need a discount. She refused again and insisted upon taking my phone for this discount. So infuriating I just left. Please stop letting this happen itâs weird and annoying I just wanted my orange chickenđđ

The food was fine but their mango drink promo is aggressive and annoying. I just wanted to order food, but I ended up getting it so they'd stop talking about it.
