This Panda Express on Elm Hill Pike is consistently great. The food is always hot, fresh, and full of flavor. The staff are friendly, quick, and seem to genuinely care about getting your order right. The dining area is spotless every time I visit, which makes the whole experience even better. Easily one of the best-run Panda Express locations around.
Customer service was horrible. I was the first customer in the morning no one greeted me the rice was under cooked and mushy the orange chicken portion was super small. I am super disappointed with this location.

The customer service at the Donelson location is excellent. Salwa and her team are always welcoming, and the food is consistently delicious and generous. I prefer coming to Panda over other restaurants because of the great experience here.

they always waste my time. “4 minutes wait, please pull over” after ordering online early so my food would be ready. then they made me wait 10 more minutes. has happened multiple times and they just play in your face that your food is getting made. not worth the trouble for such terrible service.
