Drive thru worker need to work on customer service

they always waste my time. “4 minutes wait, please pull over” after ordering online early so my food would be ready. then they made me wait 10 more minutes. has happened multiple times and they just play in your face that your food is getting made. not worth the trouble for such terrible service.

I ordered 2 plates for myself and my husband; mine had orange chicken, super greens, fried rice, and honey sesame chicken breast while my husband had honey walnut shrimp, orange chicken, and fried rice. My green beans tasted SPOILED, our fried rice was bland, colorless, and tasted funny. Less than 12 hours later, my husband projectile vomitted in our bathroom. Without a doubt, it was our meal since he had only drank apple juice and water due to his appetite being gone. Seems like they’ve gone downhill since the new Chipotle next door opened their doors. We will not be returning, be careful guys

We had our dog with us so we were happy to find outdoor seating so we could sit and eat outside and not have to eat in our truck.

Food was decent but I was watching the employees grab food to be cooked with bare hands right out of the clear plastic bags to be weighed. Not one employee was wearing gloves. Was gross. I don’t even do that with my own food. I also witnessed, what I believe to be cross contamination. Nice staff. But clearly need to be retrained. I don’t think anyone would want my bare hand in their food. I’m sure that is a health violation. If they grab food with their bear hands in front of customers what do they do when not seen? Won’t be back.
