I’ve been here several times over the years. My most recent visit was using Rapid Pick Up using the Panera app.

My food was ready right on time. The order honored all my customizations. All fresh ingredients were used.

The restaurant seating area itself seemed like a typical established Panera. It was clean with adequate seating.

Was going to go here for quick bite to eat for lunch/dinner. Then come to find out they close at 3pm daily. It makes no sense especially during cma fest weekend. Most panera bread are open until 8 or 9pm. You would think they want business during the most busiest weekend in Nashville

I placed an order 2 days in advance for coffee, tea and a large assortment of baked items. I put the delivery address to Vanderbilt Hospital only after i found out my family didn't get their meal. The manager said they don't deliver to Vanderbilt hospital. What? The address should have been a clue. The driver left the order on a park bench. I got my money back, but someone wasn't paying attention.

CHRIS THE MANAGER SHOULD NOT BE WORKING IN THIS BUSINESS VERY INFACT EXTREMELY RUDE AND THE COFFEE IS COLD HE DOES NOT LIKE SIP CUSTOMERS SO HE MADE SURE TO TELL ME I HAVE A 15 MIN SITTING WINDOW THEN HE SAID AFTER 15 MINS ILL BE SURE TO ASK YOU TO LEAVE REALLY CHRIS? Soup filled only 3/4 the way up. The staff refused to fill the bowl up saying it was a cup (but they showed me another bowl that was a "bowl of soup." It was barely warm and way too salty. No water in the men's room to wash hands. Music way too loud. Not coming back here ever.

Husband went here yesterday to grab a pick 2. Not only did they made his sandwhich wrong twice but they were rude about it. Does this look like a caprese sandwhich no it doesn't. Learn to do your jobs, its not that hard to follow the ingredient instructions that are listed on the menu....tomatoes also seemed like they were 2 days old and not fresh cut

Stepped inside the store at least 3 minutes before 3 pm doors were still unlocked, 2 employees were seated in front of the tablets talking so I walked around the store to find any others tablets available to place my order couldn't find so get back to the first ones that I saw were they're seated to place my order, so both employees stand up and said may I help you, and I said yes I'm trying to place my order and a short American looking employee said we are closed we close at 3 pm, and I replied saying but doors were unlocked and it's not even 3 yet, he said I forgot to close the door and we're closed, they were seated in front of the tablets so customers couldn't place their orders even with the store open, just imagine how those same employees would handle your food, hope this can get to management, I was looking for for parking for at least 7 minutes for nothing, pay attention Managers and Owners lot of places are running out of business them people ask why?

I work downtown and I came in about 9:30. When I got to the front, I tried to order a u pick two with a salad and a sandwich. The employee rolled his eyes at me and told me “lunch starts at 10:30“. I responded “so you don’t even have salads right now?“ And he just replied again “lunch starts at 10:30” and walked away from me. I have worked at Panera before for over a year, I know just as well as he knows that the only thing that isn’t available before 10:30 is soup . I don’t know who this employee was, but he needs to be fired for his attitude and unprofessional abilities

Kiosks have everyone standing on top of each other.

Coffee station dirty.

Complete lack of anyone greeting or welcoming anyone into the location.

There is a reason there is no wait if you want breakfast.

Super disappointed.

I go here every day on my lunch as a proud user of the Sip Club (and an avid broccoli and cheddar soup lover) and it's one of the best parts of my day. Tiffany and Matt are always SO helpful and welcoming. The entire staff here always have positive vibes and are a joy to interact with. Highly recommend this location as a lunch date when downtown if you want great customer service and quality food

I had food delivered from this Panera and I could not believe that baguette I got smaller than my hand and hard as a rock! Is this how Panera is doing baguettes now? Also, please look at the bread on my sandwich. It is never looked like this and this is not the bread I typically get with this. Hard as a rock as well so sad and avocado was all brown.

The one good note - my mac & cheese was great
